Beautiful Home overlooking a 54+ acre working Cattle Ranch. This 2 bedroom / 2 bath home has beautiful wood floors, an open floor plan, kitchen with up dated appliances, granite and plenty of seating. The living room has floor to ceiling windows and a very comfortable but modern feel. There is outdoor seating, a fire pit, and views for miles but no neighbors other than the deer, cattle, and occasional geese on the pond.

Perfect place to celebrate special moments, Graduation , Birthday Party

From the moment you walk in to the property you are greeted with a warm home feeling. Beautiful large windows overlooking the property and cattle. The space large enough to host a family function comfortably , plenty of seating area through the house. Bobby the owner communicated with me before arrival and after checkout making sure if we required any assistance . Overall I would rate this hidden gem a 5 plus star. We are looking forward to book soon.

Expected more for what we paid.

Property was gorgeous! Views were amazing. We were a little shocked to find dishes in the sink, the dishwasher overflowing & no towels. After searching, we found them in the dryer. Also, there was one almost empty roll of TP & one 1/4 full. When those ran out, there was no extra TP to replenish. I asked the host, but by the time he responded, we had already taken care of it. We had to go to the store & buy our own. Other than those few “housekeeping” issues, it was a relaxing weekend.

Great place

Great property close to college station!! My family enjoyed the seclusion. Really enjoyed the property and watching the cows. Wish we would have brought our fishing poles. Host was great. Hope to stay again

Beautiful property!

Our friend group stayed here for a weekend trip to watch some Aggie Football! We wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful back patio and views. Very nice home!

Rustic Charm

Small cottage with excellent living space and full kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Floors had some gaps in them but nothing hazardous. Small stains on curtains in bedroom - wouldn't see if you weren't looking. Surprisingly noisy - freeway right outside. However, closely located to all Bryan College Station and to Navasota. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and even allowed us to check in early. Clean up rules were minimal. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful stay outside Aggieland

This property was gorgeous, comfortable, and easy to get to from college station. Great communication with the property owner whenever we had questions. The voice is very laid back at this ranch style location. Only negative we could think of was that the rooms were a little warm, but would 100% stay again!

A little piece of heaven

After 20 years finally I see my parents and I need a special place for this reunion and this place was perfect, I spent a lot of time with my father fishing in the little lake,big fish and grate memories.Beautiful place and really clean thank you so much.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

My family came to visit our Texas A&M son over Thanksgiving and this house was perfect. It wasn’t too far from campus. We LOVED the living room with the tall windows which allowed us to view the beautiful land surrounding the house. The backyard with the fire pit was outstanding. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean. The owner was very responsive when I messaged him asking if we could check in early. He responded within a few minutes to say we could. Highly recommend this place!

A perfect rental for our weekend stay

Our group of four adults rented this home for a weekend trip and it was perfect for our stay. The living area is fantastic with an amazing view of the surrounding pastures through the floor to ceiling windows. The owner provides plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked which are a couple of details that I have found to be lacking in other VRBOs but not this one. The backyard was very well kept with freshly mowed grass, plenty of chairs and a hammock. The owner had prepared the fire pit with wood and kindling so we enjoyed a nice fire on Saturday night. Check in/Check out was a breeze. The only minor complaint is that the manufactured wood floor needs some attention with gaps between the planks in quite a few places. This did not affect our stay but was just a small detail that I thought took away a fraction of a point from a near perfect house. We will likely rent this house again for a future stay.

Great game weekend accommodations

Great property for 2 couples on a game weekend. Relaxing atmosphere and setup for watching games & grilling. Fire pit was nice in the evenings. They even brought more wood for our 2nd night after we burned it all the first night.
