This magnificent house is specially built for vacation rental. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a loft, 3200 square feet sitting on one acre lot. 5-7 minutes to the golf courses, river, parks and the Old Mills District which is a tourist hot spot and shopping center. 5-7 minutes to down town which is also a hot spot for dinning, shopping, and sightseeing. 20-25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes. 2-3 minutes to factory outlet and other shopping, and restaurants. Easy access to the high way. The house has granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. and 6 person hot tub and outdoor dinning table and chairs on the back patio. The beds, sofas and chairs are very comfortable. If you like everything new, this is the house for you to stay. 65 inch 4K TV with Netflix.and high speed internet are available. It can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have King beds. The other two bedrooms have queen beds. The fifth bedroom has a twin bunk bed, a single bed and a small hide away bed. The 6th bedroom has a double bed. The living/family room has a leather recliner, a leather futon, and two sleeping sofas. It can sit 16 or more people. The loft has a queen sleeping sofa with a 4K TV. The house has central air-condition and heat pump. Potty trained pets are allowed. We have another house of exactly same floor plan with a few more beds than this one, one year newer and two miles away from this house. The listing ID of that house is 1872560. We also have a 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom new house with in a mile of this house. The listing ID is 3256422. Please check them out. For guests' safety, we have a CCTV camera outside the house by the front door. The camera is to monitor outside of the house when the house is vacant. Family friendly big house, great location

This is a perfect house for a gathering of friends with families and young children. Very kid friendly. All the adults enjoyed having king size beds and all the beds were extremely comfortable. Owner super quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house after long days of baseball

We booked the house for a long weekend tournament baseball. This house was perfect for us and accomadated 10 adults and 6 kids perfectly with room to spare. The large kitchen with everything you could think of to cook your meals was there. The large back patio and fireplace was where we spent our evenings just hanging out. Also i have booked quite a few vrbos in the past and the communication with the property managaer was amazing. I would book this house in a heart beat again!!!!

Nice Place

Overall it was a nice place and well kept. However, it states 14 beds but we did not see 14 beds in the house. Most of the rooms that show 2 beds in the description only had 1 except for the bunk bed room which was a den that they just put up a curtain to block the 2 openings next to the living room. It was a nice place and would probable stay there again.
