About this property

Beach Front property , with pool. short walking distance from town, lush gardens

With a touch of rustic sophistication, our property on a white sand beach, on the north side of Montezuma, a 5 minute walk to the center of town, has 3 full time employees to care for your needs. The caretakers live on the property so you always have help if a question arises. We have 3 houses within "shouting distance " from each other but also private enough from one another for plenty of quiet time. People of all ages love it here as they can jump into the ocean right in front of the houses, play on the beach, swim in the pool, run to town in 5 minutes for that forgotten loaf of bread for dinner or stop in at one of the beach bars for a cold cerveza. Or……. don't cook because you can also enjoy fabulous foods from the many restaurants in in the magical little town of Montezuma.
Or, why not just relax and read books in the many hammocks or beach chairs on the property, observe the many animals such as monkeys, pasotis, iguanas, turtles (babies too) etc. and many types of birds. The gardens are bursting with color from lush tropical flowers and the tranquility of swaying palm trees. You can even do cartwheels on the big green lawn in front of the property or feel the sand between your toes on the beach right in front of the property..

Great beachside location

Beautiful property. Great location on edge of town. D/W does not work and kitchen equipped for basic cooking only. Water temp highly variable in showers. Excellent cleaning staff, towels, etc..A/C and wifi very good. Overall, loved it!

Great Property

Travelling with my 10 year old son. We loved the house, property and beach. The house felt like a wooden ship surrounded by a sea of green. Tons of wildlife right outside the door: coati's, monkeys, iguanas, turtles laying eggs on the beach...just magical. Pool very clean and nice. The town of Montezuma is really cool and low key. Enjoyed local zipline and a whale watching and snorkel tour. We'll be back for sure!

To have the serenity of the beach within walking distance from town is perfect.
To have the privacy of a house and have the conveniences of a hotel. Full time caretakers live on property and are there to help at any time
Rent a house and leave the housekeeping to us.
Chefs available on request.
This house is on the beach but you are able to drive all the way to the house and enjoy secure parking on the property.
Have the ocean and beach in front and the jungle in the back.
Surrounded by lush gardens.
See an amazing amount of jungle animals on the property.
Massage house on the property ....get a massage while listening to the waves lap up on the beach......all this without leaving the property.
Most of the town is with in walking distance...no need for cars on this vacation.
If you need a car, it is easy to get one by making a phone call.
Restaurants in Montezuma are some of the best that I have been in world wide!
Or grill a couple lobsters on your BBQ and eat on your private patio, all while enjoying
the ocean breeze. If requested, we will call a cook to come in to prepare and serve your meals.
Stroll on the beach in front and watch the full moon come up over the Nicoya Bay
We are blessed with No mosquitos on the beach front property.
Tours to Tortuga Island and other are just a phone call away.
Swimming in water falls, riding down the beach on a horse, zip lining and snorkeling not to be missed.
Just grab a glass of wine and walk out in front and sit on the beach at sunset. Now breath!
