Bad experience - took money and no flat, no back it

Last Saturday I booked one apartment in Poland And VRBO platform took money for reservation, send me email that everything is ok, soon you will have details from owner of property how to get inside in that apartment. But no one send me details, when I call to the owner and asked about the details of that flat, he told me that he doesn't know nothing about my booking and like I was scammed by that platform. I was in shock, because I just check out from one place and wait when I could check in in that place, but didn't. Then I ask my friend who lives in USA to call to this company and explain situation and back my money. Someone from stuff call me back, took my issue and promise back to me, send some email on my address. Since Saturday 18 th of June past 5 days and nothing, no money back, no some clear information. Then I again back to platform, chatting with bot, but nothing, thay just switch me to other person and tell your time is end. That's all. Awfully!
