Very beautiful and spacious clean home! It was able to accommodate my large family when we came out of town for my niece graduation. Being a first time home rental customer i was not sure what to expect. The only encounter I had was I wasnt able to plan ahead of time (time wise) upon my arrival. I did notice the listing said check in at 4pm but didnt know if I needed to schedule a time to pick up a key or how to enter the home the day of the graduation (which was day 1 rental) threw me off. Usually make time to check in and do paperwork at hotels but this was not the case.The host was able to give me the check in instructions via the vrbo app message chat, 30min before the 4pm check in time. Also the listing is a bit confusing as it listed 5 bedrooms in the caption and 4 bedroom once you looked at detials about it. but it's actually a very spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bath home. Spacious rounded driveway able to accommodate multiple vehicles so we didnt have to park directly on the street, which we really appreciated that.The neighborhood was nice but the street was very crowded with neighbors cars. Overall a great 1st time experience for us and we were very happy with our stay and the location. It was very close to the airport which was a plus since I was also responsible for picking up cousins who flew in and ended up getting delayed and had to pick up at 2am ...can't wait for our next event/celebration as I will definitely rent again and avoid a hotel. Very budget friendly!!

Good Location and space! However…

Beds are very uncomfortable and they squeak a lot. Also unsure if it was dog or cat hair on the bed sheet and floors, my luggage has hair from there. And my baby also woke up with some on her head she is just 4months and it’s very unpleasant to have to have her in a room/house full of pet hairs . In general the house size is great and Location is also great ! Manager responds pretty fast! it’s just the cleaning and old furniture that downgrades the property.
