We loved the location and the backyard view was what made the stay enjoyable. Would of loved to see the inside more personable, pictures on walls , and a little more decorated. The kitchen table was all scratched up, kitchen chairs dirty. The drawers in the master bedroom were dirty, which were attached to the bed, couldn't use them, deck needed painted , house needed power washing, windows needed cleaning. Pillow case protectors were dirty. No cookie sheets or wine bottle opener. Utensils thrown in bottom of cabinet and not placed in the empty drawer. Pantry door broken. Drawer knobs were missing off of kitchen drawer. Needs some updating. Expected a little more for the price that was charged. Although, we would stay there again. It was only 10 minutes from family. No bugs in the house, sometimes in Florida you find something. Nothing....yeah. No dresser in master bedroom. No table lamps in two of the bedrooms. We have an 88 yr old mom with us. We would have to put her in bed then go turn off her light. My bedroom had a night stand, no table lamp. There was a stand up lamp off in a corner. The only light in the room.
I would have to turn it off then feel around to get into bed without stubbing a toe.
I guess the bottom line would be for the price for one week we all Expected the house to have been cleaned and supplied a little more than what it was . The outside barbecue was way beyond disrepair to even use if we wanted to. It was nasty. I would rate this stay a 5 out of 10.
