Beautiful condo, elevator right out my front door.. master bdrm with superb oceanview, beach steps away, custom decorated, fully equipped. Wifi, smart tvs, a/c, gym, spa, theater, restaurant, public transportation at steps, shopping, restaurants, great location, adults only, no pets, definitely NO SMOKERS! Puerto vallarta airport just 17 minutes drive, extremely huge beautiful swimming pool, sandy beach, superb atmosphere, manager on premises. Two full baths. Refundable deposit required upon arrival as well as cleaning fee, depending on length of stay. Pricing may vary depending on season. Sometimes we can be little flexible on rates. Peninsula is great.

The place is nice but needs some love. It was generally clean, and we loved the location and setup. Items resolved by PM were no gas for the BBQ grill and no blankets. A broken dishwasher is not resolved. It's a bummer when you are on vacation. Things needing repair are the kitchen faucet, the handle on the sliding glass door from the bedroom to the patio, the shower doors that need alignment, and the closet door, which was really hard to close.Overall, we enjoyed the place; Mary was responsive, and we loved Peninsula.

Read property description very carefully

This is a two bedroom condo, but owner locks second bedroom. All the drawers in open bedroom except one were taped shut and full of owners things. One bedroom closet (of 2) taped shut and full of owners stuff. Bedside tables full of owners stuff. Refrigerator shelves and refrigerator door were full of owners half consumed food. Likewise cupboards. Kitchen had dishwasher but it was taped shut. Bathrooms were full of owners toiletries, just pushed to back of shelves. Every other unit in this huge condominium complex had a washer and dryer in unit. This one did not. Condominium staff thought we had to be mistaken and came to check themselves that there was none. . Showers had mold at bottom, as did lower refrigerator panel, and inside of kitchen trash can. Insufficient beach towels, bath towels bath towels for a long stay with no washer/dryer. We paid to send these items out to have clean ones. No free cleaning during stay which we have had previously with other units/owners. Living room shelving was stacked with old baseball and beach hats. Neither tv worked when we arrived and although owner sent new remote and someone to fix them they were never fully functional during our stay. Repair person said owner had not paid for SKY tv which controlled most stations. . Owner sent message a family member would come check out how much of their stuff was in condo when we asked for more storage. Owner said we had all the storage needed for 2 people. Messages from owners were so angry (all CAPS and !!!) that we contacted VRBO so they would not come. We wanted to cancel reservation and move to other unit in same complex because this unit was so jammed with stuff. Owner at first agreed, but then canceled. Did add on one free night, but we did not want to stay in this unit with all this issues. Their Plastic fold up table and plastic coolers stored in the living room and no place to put them because of all the junk. Sad part was that we had loved these condos, pools, grounds and just wanted a higher floor than other stay. Bad experience.

Condo très sale ,draps avec trous.Pas de laveuse sécheuse .Frigidaire plein de nourriture passe date la même chose pour les armoires de cuisine .Effets personnels de la propriétaire dans les gardes robes.portes fenêtres défectueuses.BBQ incapable d’allumer.Et on se demande depuis combien de temps la vraie propriétaire a séjourné la .UNE CATASTROPHE POUR LE PRIX .

A Jewel in Paradise

The condo is perfect for a couple or two people, well equipped with everything you might need. The view from the balcony of the lush manicured grounds and the ocean is stunning. The beach is perfect for long walks and you have the choice of swimming in the beautiful pool or the clean ocean waters. The owner was very responsive and a joy to deal with. Highly recommended this unit.

Wonderful place

The condo was perfect for 2 people. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine out there watching the ocean. The pool area is beautiful and the grounds are lush and well maintained. We look forward to returning next year.
