Awesome spot!

The manager was quick to respond. There needs to be more cleaning aids we had to buy a mop. Also the windows were so dirty it was difficult to know the weather outside. The beds were very comfortable! Kitchen had everything!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Incredible beach. Condo building is fairly old but very well maintained and landscaping is well looked after. Big pool with lots of loungers and lots of room around deck. Beach is 30 steps away from pool. As far as the condo unit 206....very clean upon arrival. Everything needed for a month stay or more is in the condo. The only thing that I think needs updating is a fresh coat of paint throughout the unit. Would really make a big difference. Also need new beach chairs. The ones that come with the unit are really old and don’t work on the beach. I bought a really good one and left it in the condo for other guests to use. The Marco Island Vacation Property company that I dealt with to book the condo are top notch people to deal with. Andrew and team really good.

EXCELLENT! We had everything we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was as if the owners really thought long and hard about providing anything and everything we would need for our one month stay. The view from the balcony was sunset but not directly facing the hot sun. The beach was wonderful and the pool was 88 degrees. The condo was clean and comfortable.
