Snowy Mountain Views
Overall we enjoyed this house. It is in a beautiful setting and we even saw a fox right outside the window. Knocked off one star for location because you are truly in the mountains and the roads are snowy and tricky. While it was beautiful, there was storm while we were there and it caused some road closures and roads that couldn’t be passed. We were there to ski so the snow wasn’t a bad thing just a little hard to navigate one day. It definitely a plus that all bedrooms had their own bathrooms and there was plenty of room for our group. Host was also responsive when we needed some help.

Beautiful property, great host
Besides the house being large and beautiful, the host really took the time to make sure our stay was great - making check-in seamless, leaving detailed instructions for everything, and being super responsive. They even labeled what was in each cabinet in the large kitchen - the details! Location is convenient to downtown Breck and if you're going in the winter they have daily road plowing and shoveling.

Perfect home for family gathering in Breck!
Spending Christmas at this property was by far a magical experience! From the moose we saw off the deck on our first day, to the huge (and numerous) windows that overlook the mountains and make you feel like you're in a snow globe, this ended up being a vacation we will never forget. Size wise, this property was absolutely perfect for our group (3 couples, + 1 additional adult and 1 toddler) because of the 4BR/4Bath set-up. Everyone had more than enough space, and we even ending up using the master closet for our toddlers "room" because it was so spacious and allowed us to go in and out of the master bedroom without disturbing him in the evening! The kitchen was well equipped (instant pot included!) for cooking family meals that could later be served at the large dining room table, and the living room was well furnished with seating for all! I also really appreciated how open the space was between the kitchen and living room to keep an eye on our toddler, or be involved in conversation, while cooking! To be completely honest, some of the pots/pans could be updated -- think overly scratched teflon -- but that was a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. We really enjoyed being able to go outside and sled right down the driveway or jump in the hot tub after a long day of snowy activities! Also, communication with the host, Amanda, was impeccable before, during and at the end of our trip. Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful house!
Beautiful, clean house will leave you wishing you owned it! Our whole family personally had a hard time with the beds, which I'm afraid was disruptive enough to our vacation to keep us from booking again, but besides that, the house was beyond amazing. The house takes the first day to heat, so we would've loved for it to be heated in preparation for when we were there as we felt more like we were camping the first night without predicting we'd need extra pj layers and many extra blankets. Aspects we appreciated in particular about this house that were above and beyond other rentals were the numerous bathrooms, comfortable living room seating for our large party, large dining table that easily fit a couple chairs we brought of our own, well-stocked kitchen, thorough house manual and map directions, hot tub, fireplaces, communication, laundry facilities so that we could have fresh towels, pet accommodations, security, location, games, view, cleanliness and fox sighting! Amanda was great to rent from!
