Welcome to our 1-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo, perfectly located just 0.5 miles from the beach and a short drive to shopping, dining, and downtown Port Aransas. Ideal for families or couples, this property offers everything you need for a comfortable coastal getaway.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Two master suites, each with a king bed.
A third bedroom with a bunk bed and a loft bed.
Additional bunk beds tucked into a hallway nook.
Key Features:
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Includes a coffee maker, crockpot, cookware, casserole dishes, Tupperware, strainers, and more.
Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy a large, covered, and screened patio with seating to relax in the cool breeze without mosquitos. The patio also features an outdoor shower and fishing rod holders.
Entertainment: Roku TVs with free channels, Netflix (log in with your account), Sling TV, Prime Video, DVDs, games, and beach towels.
Family-Friendly Fun: Two tropical resort-style pools (unheated) and a playscape for kids.
Parking & Golf Cart Information:
Two assigned parking spaces are directly in front of the unit.
Golf carts cannot legally cross Highway 361 directly in front of the condo. We are NOT on the beach side of the highway. Golf cart rentals are available across the street. We recommend renting from the rental place across the street so you can drive across the street, load up your golf cart and go from there. For more information on legal golf cart crossing areas, please do a search online for "Port Aransas legal golf cart crossing" so you can educate yourself on the laws.
Supplies: A small number of basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) are provided. For larger groups or extended stays, plan to purchase additional supplies.
Pools: The pools are unheated, and there is no hot tub.
Bathrooms: The unit has showers only—no bathtubs.
No Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed.
Boat/Trailer Parking: No on-site parking for boats or trailers. Nearby parking is available for $25/day; see listing photos for details.
Location Highlights:
The condo is within walking distance of a gas station, convenience store, and Kody’s Restaurant & Bar. Local attractions include Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington, and pirate ship tours.

We’re available via text or email during daytime hours (10 PM–8 AM responses may be delayed). Access codes are typically sent on the morning of your arrival.

The family and I love to spend time together by the water. Whether it's a lake, river or ocean, the water is our happy place! We like to fish, water ski, paddle board, camp, hike, bike ride, etc.... Anything outdoors works for us. We have lived in Austin for the last 30 years and spent 4 years in Buffalo NY prior to that. This property is our "second home", and our little slice of Texas Paradise. It's perfect for when we wish to take a break from everyday life, and get down to the ocean for a few days. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and will plan to return often.
Why they chose this property
This property is perfect for the family who wants to bring relatives and kids with them to enjoy the beach. There is plenty of room for everyone! The open floor plan is perfect for family get togethers, and dinners, but the private rooms and the outdoor patio, pool areas and playground, allow each person to get their own quiet space when needed. 3 full baths in a condo is hard to find, but it is an amenity you are sure to appreciate.
What makes this property unique
This property is all one story, and there are two reserved parking spaces right outside the unit! Carrying in your groceries, and your belongings is a quick & easy breeze. There is also a shower right inside the gate so you can wash off, and not track all the sand inside. We are also located in the back (more private) part of the condo complex with lots of guest parking right outside the unit as well.
