Welcome to our 1-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo, perfectly located just 0.5 miles from the beach and a short drive to shopping, dining, and downtown Port Aransas. Ideal for families or couples, this property offers everything you need for a comfortable coastal getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Two master suites, each with a king bed.
A third bedroom with a bunk bed and a loft bed.
Additional bunk beds tucked into a hallway nook.

Key Features:

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Includes a coffee maker, crockpot, cookware, casserole dishes, Tupperware, strainers, and more.

Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy a large, covered, and screened patio with seating to relax in the cool breeze without mosquitos. The patio also features an outdoor shower and fishing rod holders.

Entertainment: Roku TVs with free channels, Netflix (log in with your account), Sling TV, Prime Video, DVDs, games, and beach towels.

Family-Friendly Fun: Two tropical resort-style pools (unheated) and a playscape for kids.

Parking & Golf Cart Information:

Two assigned parking spaces are directly in front of the unit.

Golf carts cannot legally cross Highway 361 directly in front of the condo. We are NOT on the beach side of the highway. Golf cart rentals are available across the street. We recommend renting from the rental place across the street so you can drive across the street, load up your golf cart and go from there. For more information on legal golf cart crossing areas, please do a search online for "Port Aransas legal golf cart crossing" so you can educate yourself on the laws.

Supplies: A small number of basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) are provided. For larger groups or extended stays, plan to purchase additional supplies.

Pools: The pools are unheated, and there is no hot tub.

Bathrooms: The unit has showers only—no bathtubs.

No Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed.

Boat/Trailer Parking: No on-site parking for boats or trailers. Nearby parking is available for $25/day; see listing photos for details.

Location Highlights:

The condo is within walking distance of a gas station, convenience store, and Kody’s Restaurant & Bar. Local attractions include Schlitterbahn Waterpark, the Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington, and pirate ship tours.

House was perfect! They do state that you aren’t allowed to take the golf carts across 361 so if you are renting carts that is something to keep in mind. We just parked our carts near the beach and drove them around during the day. Pool was great.AC worked great.Host was very responsive.

The condo was the perfect size for our family and friends for us all to stay comfortably (with room to spare). Pools were convenient and close and access to down town port A and the beach were just a short drive away. We couldn't have hoped for more for the location, price, or amenities.

The inside of the property is beautiful. The layout was perfect for two families with kids. The beds were comfortable and the best part for me was the fact that place was clean without harsh chemical smells. I actually travel with my own sheets because most rental properties clean the sheets and towels with horrible smelling detergents and cleaners but here, I don’t need to use my own linens. The unit was perfect. The community pool and playground were perfect for our teens and toddler. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent one story perfect for two families and kids.

We loved having a one story, since many rentals are on the 2nd or 3rd floor requiring to haul items up stairs. The pool was extremely close to the rental and was beautiful. Inside was clean and plenty of room for two families. The owner was very clear about letting us know golf carts arent allowed legally to drive on the nearest road but it didn't bother us. Just something to keep in mind. Overall had a great time and would stay again.

The rental was very nice and clean. I do see they changed their wording on the rental of golf carts - which is good. We had rented and used the previous instructions and were stored by the police saying we were given wrong information (luckily they didn’t give us a ticket but we did end up returning the golf cart and lost a day we had paid for). Hosts were very fast to answer questions we had . The condo is quite cozy.

Cozy Condo

The rental was exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious. We had a little issue with the AC and the owner replied promptly and resolved the issue. The only thing I would say that I did not know as long as we have been vacationing in Port A, is that along the stretch of Hwy 361 golf carts are not allowed. If you are wanting to rent a golf cart to get around just know that it will be an issue.

Hi Monica. Thank you for your positive review and I'm very sorry about the AC issue you experienced. Golf carts are not allowed on Highway 361 South of Ave G. We do disclose this in our listing to make sure people are aware so I'm sorry if you missed that. Since golf carts are so popular, people are pushing to get this law changed, but for now it's a little tricky and you have to work around it. There are special places you can cross 361 to get to the beach side, and then you must remain on the back roads. The alternative is to bring your car to the golf rental place on the other side of the highway and take the golf cart from there for the day. The rental place has plenty of parking and you can keep your car there as long as you like. This way you don't have to worry about crossing highway 361 with a golf cart. We certainly hope you still had a great time and will come back and stay with us again in the future!

Nice place for short vacation but ...

Everything was smooth and simple but property needs some small fixes. Make sure to bring your own: 1. knives - all knives at the property are dull; 2. If you are planning to use washing machine - you'll need to take your supplies, they do not provide anything;

Regarding the washing machine supplies, we sincerely apologize for the oversight. Our standard practice is to provide a couple of laundry pods just to get our guests started. However, it seems there was an error, and the maids forgot to leave them for your stay. We've taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. Off to rough start

We started the vacation with AC issues.. 78 degrees upon check in. Contacted the owner. We were told the previous tenant had not reported any issues with AC. (We are a new tenant)the owner asked that we check the AC filter and it was disgusting, hadnt been changed for awhile. (He would address with the cleaners)The owner had AC company sent out and issue resolved. There were multiple other issues... master suite door kept coming off track making it hard to open/shut and provided no privacy for the couple staying in there and closet doors stuck shut and when got open it was dirty inside, the bunk bed room has no easy way to get to top bunks (no ladder), bathroom light fixture in hall wasnt working ( owners were aware and stated person no showed to repair ) , then the fan quit working, we were given wrong pool code and told the previous tenant had used it, but we are a new tenant. He quickly resolved the issue and got the new code. Owner was made aware of all these issues and apologized, but it def wasnt a good start. Being told the previous tenant had no issues and that they had stayed 4 times before added to our frustration. We are a new tenant.. we dont care what happened before us. It is a cute set up and good location. Parking was def cramped. Pool was nice, screened in breeze way was nice to have.

Amazing beach condo

This condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed, and was very close to stores, shopping, the beach, etc..... The kids really loved the bunk beds. It's hard to find a place with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, close up reserved parking and laundry! It's great to be able to rinse the sand off before you come into the unit, and it's really nice having laundry facilities right in the unit as well. The covered patio was nice to enjoy during the rain as well.

Holiday Get-Away Was the Best!

From the minute we pulled up we knew we'd found a paradise away from home! Beautiful inside and out. The pictures do not do it justice. It truly felt like home. The 3 bedroom 3 bath layout felt luxurious for 5 adults. Open kitchen made meal preps and entertaining a snap. Wether you want to eat in (fresh seafood available right across the street!) or want to go out, everything you could possibly need was on hand. While we came to just relax, get in our morning runs, and just take long walks on the beach, we know we'll be back in the warmer months to enjoy relaxing by the pool after a long day out on the island. The family and I love to spend time together by the water. Whether it's a lake, river or ocean, the water is our happy place! We like to fish, water ski, paddle board, camp, hike, bike ride, etc.... Anything outdoors works for us. We have lived in Austin for the last 30 years and spent 4 years in Buffalo NY prior to that. This property is our "second home", and our little slice of Texas Paradise. It's perfect for when we wish to take a break from everyday life, and get down to the ocean for a few days. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and will plan to return often.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for the family who wants to bring relatives and kids with them to enjoy the beach. There is plenty of room for everyone! The open floor plan is perfect for family get togethers, and dinners, but the private rooms and the outdoor patio, pool areas and playground, allow each person to get their own quiet space when needed. 3 full baths in a condo is hard to find, but it is an amenity you are sure to appreciate.

What makes this property unique

This property is all one story, and there are two reserved parking spaces right outside the unit! Carrying in your groceries, and your belongings is a quick & easy breeze. There is also a shower right inside the gate so you can wash off, and not track all the sand inside. We are also located in the back (more private) part of the condo complex with lots of guest parking right outside the unit as well.
