It is 9 minutes drive to famous Hinagdanan Cave and Bohol Bee Farm, 12 minutes drive to Panglao International Airport, nearby Alona Beach and 10 minutes drive to other renowned beautiful white sand beaches in Panglao Island, Bohol.

It is 13 minutes drive to Downtown, Tagbilaran City.

Public transport is available to/from the Highway but currently with longer intervals due to pandemic. Highway is a walking distant from the property.

Private transport for small and big group is provided with additional cost.

Vehicle is readily available for rent self-drive at additional cost.

The newly completed 2-Storey Townhome at La Priscilla Homes is ideal for those looking for a quite and relaxing accomodation in Bohol. Guest will rent the entire house provided with the following:

Fast and unlimited access of internet/wifi.

Kitchen with all necessary utensils, refrigerator, mineral water with dispenser, bread toaster, microwave oven, rice cooker, induction cooker and other cooking facilities.

2 Spacious and Air Conditioned Bedrooms;
Master Room with Toilet & Bath and Room 2. Rooms are cozy and quite places as both are provided with split type Air Conditioners.

Living room is provided with 48" Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix.

2 Toilet & Bath with quality fixtures, 1 in Bedroom 1, and 1 on the first floor.

The entire house is fully equipped with lockable windows and doors screens.

I am presently residing in Singapore hence my niece, Crisleen, will assist you during your stay. She is just a phone call away and she is available when needed. Her phone number will be provided once booking is confirmed.

She will collect and return upon check-out any valid identification card from one of the guests for proper check-out and subdivision's security policy purposes.
