Rooms

The first bedroom offers two queen beds, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, and large ensuite bathroom that accesses its own private outdoor Jacuzzi. The children's bedroom is great for the young at heart. With two queen beds and 6 single beds, there are plenty of beds and the kids will want to take turns sleeping in the specially designed bunk-style beds. This room has an ensuite bathroom with two showers.
The fourth guest suite offers a king bed (can be two singles) and two queen beds, as well as a private bathroom with a Bali-style shower.

Garden & Pool

While there is no doubt that the interior of this home is gorgeous and made for groups, the outdoor areas are what will keep your family entertained. The terrace is covered by an impressive palapa with a massive circular dining table seating 12. Step into the large blue-tiled pool surrounded by tropical foliage or lounge poolside while enjoying your favorite beach read. The chefs of the group will delight in the gas BBQ grill with bar which is the ideal place to hang out with a margarita while freshly caught seafood is being grilled by you or by the staff! The large green lawn can be set up with games such as volleyball, soccer, football, and many more. When you are ready to snorkel and swim, walk the groomed path to Yalku Lagoon. As you would have direct access you can experience snorkeling just after sunrise. An unforgettable experience! The best-kept secret about the property is it has its very own "private in-ground cenote" in the backyard to swim whenever you want.

Indoor

The indoor dining area has seating for twelve and the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances will satisfy even the most discerning chefs. The glass hallway with a tropical garden view leads to the four air-conditioned bedrooms that feature luxurious en-suite bathrooms with stone fixtures. The glass air-conditioned atrium leading to each bedroom brings the feel of tropical gardens inside without compromising any comfort.
The interior of the home spans nearly 10,000 square feet of living space and recreational area. Upon entering, you are greeted by the expansive open plan living area, decorated in creams and whites with natural stone and wooden accents, just off which lies a den with a flat-screen TV and surround sound stereo.

Services

To insure that guests feel taken care of, the villa includes maintenance and housekeeping services in the form of a sweet couple who live in a separate home at the entrance of the property.

Concierge
Our concierge can help you arrange anything you wish for a party, transportation, COVID Testing, spa services, like the genie in the bottle you wish, and he grants.

Accommodation
Casa Caleta accommodates up to eighteen guests, with a maximum of six children. Rates are based on 12 guests, add $50.00 per person per night over base occupancy of 12 guests, and toddlers under the age of 2 stay free.

*Max occupancy is 18 adults/children.


Food
During your stay Casa Caleta offers complimentary cook service for breakfasts provided by “Isidro” should you wish from Monday through Saturday (guests pay the cost of groceries and $25 dollars for shopping fee and transportation for the cook to go shopping.
Chef service for lunch and/or dinner can be arranged too. The service fee for this is $7.00 dollars per person for lunch and $10.00 for dinner; kids 5 and under are free. You pay for groceries. We can provide pre-stocking as well. Your reservation also includes complimentary daily housekeeping (Monday to Saturday) and purified drinking water (Tap water is not safe to drink).
This is a "family style" service. Everybody eats the same meal.

Jungle Gym
What about working out in the middle of the Jungle and then taking a dip on the Cenote that is next to it, once in a lifetime experience.

House Keeping
There is daily housekeeping by “Leo”.

House Personal is available from Monday to Saturday. Sunday can be booked in advance for an extra fee.

Please be conscious of water use.

Electricity
Sometimes we have intermittent electric power, especially due to weather conditions.


AC
We have AC in all bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas, we kindly ask you to be mindful of its use. Please make sure all doors are closed (including bathroom doors) before turning them on. Be aware comfort temperature is 24ºC or 75ºF.
AC will be turned OFF if the guest is not in the area.


Laundry
If you wish to have a laundry service, we can arrange for it to be collected; please notice it will be done in a local laundry and will be self-paid. Casa Caleta is not responsible for any damage.

Animals
Since we are in the middle of the jungle we have many wild animals around; sea turtles, crabs, raccoons, squirrels, birds, geckos, bees and so, please be respectful of them.

Gratuities
They do appreciate gratuities from our guests. That goes directly to their families.


*You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay
