This home is a DIY renovated 1st floor apartment in Eden Park. We kept most of the Victorian feel in it for our guests. It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a queen day bed in the dining room. On street parking is available if you have a car. Parking is a breeze since it’s a quiet street. This unit is still newly posted and the price is still discounted for the month, so take advantage! :)

1 night stay

This is a great place to stay for easy access to downtown. Husband and I in town for a show at the Taft theater. Located in a lovely quiet neighborhood with a park at the end of the street. On street parking was simple. I would recommend an eye mask if you sleep in the bedroom, the neighbors safety light shines so bright even through closed blinds. Comfortable bed, good shower, streaming TV (living room only). Nothing fancy but for the price it was great for us. Coffee cream and sugar provided!

Quiet, simple stay

Nice accommodations. We simply slept there & got ready for an event the next morning. The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the shower had great pressure and hot water. However, the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning and the kitchen trash had not been taken out from the previous users. Overall, a very nice stay that we may consider again in the future.

Highly recommend!

This is a great unit inside of a converted Victorian Home in Eden Park. Our unit was very clean upon arrival and much larger than I anticipated. The neighborhood was nice and quiet - the house even had security cameras installed for some added peace of mind. This is a great property if you are looking for a quiet and laid back stay in the Cincy or Newport area. Location was great - near downtown and ~ 10 minutes away from Newport. Owners were very kind and super responsive to messages.

Simple but homey and comfortable!

Bestie and I had a lovely girls night! We especially enjoyed driving through Eden Park nearby, it's beautiful no matter what season. While the rental did not have all the bells and whistles of a more modern location, I found the interior architecture charming. Beds were very comfortable, host provided coffee and creamer which was awesome. This place really was an excellent value with not only the accommodations, but the beautiful neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay again!
