We had an incredible stay over the NYE holiday week at the Stryker residence. Joy and Wayne were extremely responsive and welcoming. Their beautiful home is very spacious, warm, and comfortable. Aside from the stunning view from the kitchen, the home had everything one could ever need or ask for. Joy put forth such special attention to ensuring our stay there was nothing short of perfect. Thank you sincerely for being so accommodating and for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful house, comfortable for a group, made especially comfortable for us by the owners

The house was well equipped with many special touches from the owners, including parking passes and a gift basket with local coffee and goodies. The owners were readily available for questions and help. The house was spacious and well set up for 4 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, and the owners were happy to share spices and cooking staples. The house is in a neighborhood, yet it is private with a view of the mountains. The road to the house is steep and we upgraded our car to accommodate driving in lots of snow on a steep hill. The shuttle had no problem making it to the house, even in snowy conditions. Everyone agreed we would highly recommend this house.

When we get that kind of snow a four wheel drive car is helpful. So glad you took advantage of the shuttle that comes to the driveway upon request. It is a great benefit to our neighborhood. Architectual Jewel in East Aspen

You can easily tell that the home was designed as the personal residence of an architect by all of the small details which make for a spectacular house. The communications with Joy made for an easy checkin and the warm welcome note made us feel right at home. The gift basket with beer, cheese and granola was above and beyond what we have ever received with a a home rental. Ample amenities all the way from razors and shaving cream to toothbrushes and dental floss was very complete and much appreciated. The location was great - close enough to town to walk in but far enough out to feel like you were in the mountains. A great home to enjoy all that Aspen and the surrounding areas have to offer! Great host and an extremely comfortable place to hang out and relax.

Beautiful house!!! Lovely owners!

I would definitely stay in this beautiful home again! It is in a lovely neighborhood only 5 minutes from town. It is big enough for a family of 6 not to be on top of one another yet intimate enough to hang out and enjoy one another’s company. In addition, we had a beautiful view the New Year’s Eve fireworks set off on Ajax (both at 8:00 pm and midnight) from the living room. It was so nice being warm and toasty while enjoying the festivities. Thank you!!

Beautiful, spacious house. Excellent views; great location. Very relaxing and peaceful setting with comfortable decor. The open kitchen and upstairs living area is a great place to hang out. Highly recommend.

Holiday perfection!

We LOVED watching Aspen mountain's amazing fireworks from not only the living and dining rooms, but also the master bedroom! We wish we could spend every holiday here. So nice to walk to town or call the neighborhood shuttle for door-to-door pickup. It doesn't get any easier. Loved the fully stocked kitchen as we also like to cook when traveling. The house has a warm yet elegant feel. A great place to totally relax and put your feet up while also feeling indulged. LOVE this house and neighborhood--all the benefits of being close to town but it is quiet with stellar views out every window. We'll be back!

Stunning!

This house is amazing! It is beautiful, warm, comfortable,amazing kitchen, and the views are incredible! this home is so close to town but you feel like you're far away. It has everything you could want for the best ski vacation ever!!
