Fully Refurbished Home for up to 9 Visitors

Our property has 3bed and 1bath with covered carport and large spacious private backyard. We have Ring outdoor security camera system for your security. This home has been updated recently with beautiful hardwood floors in the entire house. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom has twin top and full bottom bunk bed, and the living room has a comfy queen size couch sofa bed. The backyard is spacious and private with a barbecue grill, a table and chairs. Comcast cable services hooked up with 65" TV and high speed internet are available. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the ingredients needed to cook a big meal. The video walk-through can be seen as follows.

Disclosure of security devices: Two Ring security cameras are installed outside. One is on the front showing the entrance area. The other is on the back showing the backyard and the entrance area to the living room. Those record video images when a motion sensor detects motions.

Fresno stay for family reunion

The home was very nice…clean…well furnished! The only issue might be the neighbors. Just one of the evenings they had music playing a bit loud. On a different morning, the dogs of the other neighbor woke us up early.

Immaculately clean

Masato is a perfect host and his house was immaculately clean and comfortable--very important things in the age of COVID. He checked in on us a few times over the course of ten days to make sure that everything was okay. The house is right across from an elementary school, which these days was very quiet. The neighborhood isn't exactly the fanciest in Fresno, but we didn't have any issues with it, and the home easily accommodated five people--two couples and a single--while in town on a work engagement. We will definitely consider staying there, again.

Great House

This house is very clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very nice. However, the location is not ideal. It is on a busy road and traffic noise can be heard. Also, the neighbors do not appear to take as much pride in their property as Mr Masato. They also have a dog that barked which is an issue due to the close proximity of the houses. Mr Masato was great to work with, however, and does all he can to provide a pleasant experience.

Great stay

House was perfectly clean upon arrival. There were lots of towels and they all smelled fresh and clean. The cold waters in the fridge were a lifesaver after my long drive. Host had excellent communication before my stay about checking in. I appreciated the short video he sent about operating the gate. The bed I slept in was comfy with nice linens. The backyard was fully enclosed with lots of grass, perfect for my pup. The kitchen was really well organized with labels.The heater really cranked, no worries about being cold. There were only small things that could have made my stay better. The rooms could use more outlets or charging lamps next to the beds. The back door could use a doormat. The icemaker didn't work. There is no dishwasher. However, it wasn’t a problem for me since we didn't do a lot of cooking. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Masato was a very thoughtful host.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Hosts

The house is located in a working neighborhood and is very nice on the inside. There is gated, covered parking and cameras outside. There is a large backyard with neighborhoosd cats and a small patio area. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Cabinets are labeled and the host was communative and professional. I would stay again.

Perfect dog-friendly place

Great place in central Fresno. House is on the smaller side but had absolutely everything we needed, including super-fast internet as we were all remote schooling/working while we were there. Our dog enjoyed the yard, too, and we really appreciated a nice house where we could bring our dog. Masato was very responsive and helpful.

Clean and great yard!

We were displaced from a wildfire and the property owner was so nice and caring! The place was very clean and looked recently remodeled. Very comfortable house and a nice backyard for our dog. We felt very secure at the property as well. We would very much recommend this property

The house was just updated and refurbished nicely. Most of the furniture and the appliances are brand-new and functional. The nightly charge is quite modestly set for this quality.

What makes this property unique

This house is pet friendly but I ask all pet owners to pay one time pet fee. It is $50 per pet so the pet owner has to pay more if he/she brings in multiple pets.
