Windows on the Water is in the beautiful Margaritaville/Tan-Tar-A Estates Neighborhood. This lovely, 3-level bluff-side home is directly on the water off the main channel with absolutely stunning views. You won’t want to leave! The layout is comfortable and open yet cozy, and includes 4 large bedrooms, 4 full baths and a fully stocked, open kitchen. This space is ideal for large families and groups as there is more than enough room for all, including 3 separate decks overlooking the water (one on each level!) Enjoy the quieter season at the lake where there’s no shortage of things to do at the home (game nights, a glass of wine by the fire table on the deck watching the sunset sparkle on the water, movie nights, stargazing, you name it!) You’ll also find plenty of fun at the Margaritaville Resort including heated pools (open till late fall), an indoor water park, marina, multiple restaurants, mini-golf, horseback rides and arcades. Within a 5-10 minute drive from the home, you’ll find a fantastic distillery with delicious, homemade pizza, a fabulous new brewery, a lovely local coffee shop, fantastic shopping, wonderful restaurants and more. This is the perfect get-away for your fall break!


Note that the 4th bedroom is a mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance on the lower level (several steps required.)

The home is located in the gated community of Margaritaville/Tan-Tar-A Resort.


Other Things to Note:


~The house has a mother-in-law suite, which is the 4th bedroom. It is located outside of the home by their own private stairs. There is no access to it from the inside of the house. It is very large, private and quiet and the bathroom has a large, jetted tub.


~There are no laundry facilities in this house.


-The lake cannot be easily accessed from the home, it is bluff-side.


~PLEASE NOTE~ We will include in the starter kit the following: 2 paper towels, 2 toilet paper per bathroom, 4-5 dish tabs, 2-3 trash bags, hand soap and dish soap. We encourage you to bring other supplies if you think they’re needed. There is also a Walmart, Target and several grocery stores nearby.
