Spend the holidays with your family at the beautiful Grand Timber lodge resort which is nestled in between Beaver Run Superchair and Snowflake Chair lift. It offers ski-in/ski-out access, and is just a short walk from downtown Breckenridge. The resort includes pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, video arcade, shuffleboard, steam room, sauna & spa, Bar and Grill, The Market, business center, BBQ Area, on-site ski equipment rentals, parking, and a courtesy shuttle.

This one bedroom unit has king sized bed in a private bedroom as well as a queen size pullout in the Family room. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances and comes with all your serving and cooking utensils, private balcony, fireplace, 5 piece en suite bath with soaking tub, washer/dryer, and flat-screen TVs.

Holiday bliss

This was a perfect getaway! The room was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed and the location was fantastic! Easy ski-in and ski-out, walk to town for coffee in the morning and walking to town for shopping and dining! Will absolutely stay here again!

Place is wonderful, everything you could need was in the unit!

Owner was so great and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. Would highly recommend this owner and this property! Great location for skiing, walking into town, and just relaxing at the property in the pools and hot tubs.

Perfect ski in/ski out property

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Timber Lodge! The location was perfect for skiing and getting into town to shop & eat. The pools and hot tubs were very relaxing after a long day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great option for Breckenridge

Great kitchen, uderground heated parking and a short walk to the lift were perfect. Great stay and would have used more of the property amenities, but we're in Covid-19 times.
