Serenity on the lake

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice property and nice area. My hunch though is the owner wasn't terribly unhappy about us leaving

I was happy to host you but was just disappointed with the fact that there were hundreds of fishflies in my home taking me hours to clean up on top of my regular cleaning. Wishing you well.

Quiet on the lake

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Kitchen was nicely set up and separate dining room for 4. Comfy beds. Stairs to upper bedroom were steep so not good for kids.

A time to reflect

My husband, best friend and I rented this lovely cottage for two days. It was my first time renting on Vrbo- we were so pleased. The cottage was adorable and Tracey was a wonderful host. From the tastefully decorated cottage to the snacks and welcome card. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful

Tracey's cottage was the perfect place to spend a beautiful weekend with my family, the cottage has a fantastic view, it was clean and tidy, beautifully decorated and felt so cozy (beds were very comfortable). Tracey was a kind and thoughtful host going above and beyond in making my mother's birthday special, we are so grateful! Thanks Tracey!

Long weekend stay

This place is a gem! Tracey is very communicative and helpful, it's very clean, and has everything that we needed. I especially liked the view, the front patio and bluff furniture, the Netflix, and the comfortable bedding. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. We would return here. The only negative experience was road construction blocking the quickest way to get to Colchester Beach and Garfield's, but that is no fault of the host. I think it's supposed to wrap up mid-summer of 2024.

Good time and place

Nice place and good location in the middle of birding hot spots. Good size for two friends. Not sure of three or four. I found there was too many pillows and nick-nacks, taking up space for other things we brought. No where to put them. The railing to the upper floor was not secure to the wall. As a senior with a knee problem, I felt unsafe using the railing. The mat in the bathroom was not a none slip one and a slip and fall risk. And unfortunately, we broke one wine glass. But we had a good time and enjoyed our selves. Thanks Gary

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. It is unfortunate that you did not contact me regarding any issues you may have had so that I could resolve them for you immediately. I did reach out to you half way through your stay with no response back. The bathmat was available on the shelving unit by the towels and we have added an extra screw to the railing to ensure it is safe for all! Thanks for the feedback.
