The only private property home on the block, centrally located in the heart of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront resort district. Literally, just steps from everything; the Beach, Boardwalk, Atlantic Ave Strip, Convention Center, ViBe District, Sports Center, etc.
Very spacious, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a very large open kitchen with a large dining table, a large open living room with a big flat screen smart TV, a private 2nd-floor Oceanfront views private patio that overlooks the resort beach (including a perfect view of beach firework shows!), a beautiful-relaxing fenced-in tiki/beach-themed backyard, a 3rd-floor extra storage space attic (if needed), and parking.
Free Parking for adult overnight guests (Free parking spot per every 2 adult overnight guests). Over a dozen extra parking spaces available if needed (ask for more details).
Includes FREE Verizon FiOS Gigabit Wifi Internet and Cable TV.
Includes FREE Netflix Premium service. :)
Includes FREE Unlimited Miniature Golf (Putt-Putt) less than 2 blocks away. :)
