This lovely Island Escape Condo is a upper level condo located in the prestigious Truman Annex. Not just another rental property! Location is everything.!!! Close to Duval.
Starting Jan 2026 , this beautiful condo will become monthly! Stays will have to be 28- 30 days. 10% discount for monthly rentals. Make plans to stay longer, relax or work remotely from paradise for a full month in 2026.

Our favorite room is the spacious covered deck that opens up from living room with ceiling fans, tropical foliage, dining/sitting for 4.
The Island Escape is a corner condo which allows for more privacy. The condo's parking stall is right at your front door and bike racks beside condo. Shipyard community pool is close and heated. Windows across the front of the condo let in lots of light and tropical breezes. No need for a car you can walk 2 blocks to Duval Street where you will find restaurants, shopping, night clubs and museums. Fort Zachary Beach is also close. You can rent kayak, canoe, or paddle board and launch on the beach. You can also picnic or grill in the park. Mallory Square where sunset is celebrated every night has local vendors and entertainment. Breakfast at Blue Heaven, visit Hemingway's House then have a drink and enjoy music at the infamous Green Parrot Bar. Visit the Historic Seaport District where you can watch boats, find great dining or catch a sunset cruise.
Check out the Waterfront/Splash Park just behind the complex. Playground for kids, walk the pier at night to watch sunsets, entrance to Fort Zachary Beach and much more. You are close to everything!!!
This condo is also our vacation home. We take pride in our condos and want our guests to relax and feel as if they are in their home away from home.

We absolutely love staying here! The location is perfect and we can walk just about anywhere we want to go. We are close enough to any type of activity and entertainment but yet it is a very quiet peaceful place with a lovely pool. Our host has always been very gracious and accommodating. Truman Annex in Key West is the best

My husband & I enjoyed a week long stay at this gem of a condo that was very clean, spacious, decorated adorably & felt like our own home away from home in paradise. We loved the location as we walked everyday everywhere but also drove several times to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, which was an ideal beach. We enjoyed the pool at Truman Annex & the new friends we made. Hopefully, we will be able to return to this unit soon.

We absolutely love this Condo! It is very clean and has the amenities we enjoy. It has a beautiful balcony deck to sit and enjoy. This past week it rained a couple of days and I enjoyed reading a book out there. So peaceful. The complex itself is very well, very quiet and perfect for us. We spend a lot of time at the pool. Jean is an amazing host and has taken very good care of us!

About the Owners: When not in Key West my husband and I live and own a power sports business in Kansas. We have 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. We have owned in Truman Annex Shipyard since 2001. We love to travel and use Home Away/VRBO for all of our travel accommodations. After visiting Key West a few times we fell in love. The tropical feel, people are having fun and relaxed, lots to see and do. We knew we had to own. It is a pleasure to share our condo with others so they can also fall in love with this beautiful historic city.
