Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens III 412 a Beautiful 2/2 ocean view newly remodeled unit! This 4th Floor Unit with a balcony overlooking the pool and a glimpse of the ocean. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a delicious meal in your well-equipped kitchen. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer are located on the floor (about 40 feet) in the laundry room. The elevators are close (about 25 feet) too. We had a great stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor, the condo with perfect. I would definitely stay there again and look forward to a return visit. Only concern was service for Spectrum internet was scheduled, but we were not informed and therefore surprised by the technicians visit. I was able to get confirmation of the scheduled service after calling the condo association to confirm accuracy of visit. Also, due to beach restoration, there was not direct access to the beach, however appropriate arrangements were made to ensure access via the neighboring property.

Wonderful, well-equipped condo

We had a great 4 night stay. It was very clean, had an incredibly equipped kitchen, and a good view of the beach. The entire property was well-maintained with a calm, comfortable vibe. We definitely plan on staying here again.

We came down for a four day concert. "The kids" went to concert and we hung out at condo! VERY comfy and well stocked with everything you need. Property and condo were very clean and easy to get around.

Very clean, probably the best-provisioned condo I have ever rented. Location, parking ease, building accessibility were all excellent. Bed was comfortable. Internet and cable worked well. Very easy place to stay.

The best condo!

We felt at home the moment we walked in. Decore is so beachy and cute, lovely living room and dining area. Well equipped kitchen, the bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The view of the water was amazing. The property was well kept, pool and patio area had lots of chairs and tables, would definitely come back!!!

Very comfortable and accommodating!

This condo was just perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be able to make meals. Well stocked kitchen. I appreciated having spices available even though I only used salt, pepper and a little garlic powder. The king bed was very comfortable and the living area was too! My granddaughter really enjoyed the pool and we loved sitting on the deck eating lunch and having our coffee in the mornings looking at the ocean. Loved being on the beach! The best condo we have stayed in so far on the beach!

Cozy Condo

Clean, quaint and cozy unit. Bedrooms were spacious however living areas would be a little tight with four adults. Property managers were great throughout process and on site managers were courteous and helpful. Only recommendation I'd offer on the property is building a new staircase leading down to the beach that's not as steep and with wider stairs. I say several older individuals struggle with the incline. Otherwise, a great overall stay and somewhere I'd return to.

Much needed vaca

Condo was decorated adorably. Waking up and walking out to the balcony and hearing and seeing the ocean was a must and it excited all expectations and then some. The property was well maintained and the pools are very clean. Parking. Easy. They give you your own spot so your not fighting over a parking spot. We absolutely loved the beach. Family friendly. No drive beach. And yes there is a elevator. We took our 2 yr old and she loved the bedroom. The setup in the kids room is perfect. And driving to most area attractions didnt take long at all. Thanks for a much needed relaxing beach vacation!

9 day stay

Over all very nice. Only had one issue where someone parked in our assigned spot. It was late at night and on the weekend. We were not sure what to do. We called the contact number which was an emergency dispatch. Basically they had taken our concern and was told we would be contacted asap. We never did get a return response. We ended up parking in someone else’s spot and moved to our spot once other vehicle was gone. A slight unknown inconvenience.

Picture Perfect Condo. Completely Renovated, Exceptionally Clean, and Tastefully Decorated. This condo was perfect. Everything was pristine upon arrival. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with linens. The kitchen had every item we could think of and more. The beachfront location can't be beat! The property boasts two amazing pools with a beachfront deck for relaxing. This property is so convenient to all New Smyrna Beach has to offer! I look forward to returning to this property for future vacations. Beyond the perfect vacation condo, Great Ocean Condos was a fantastic vacation rental management company to work with.
