Unit 9 South Pacific is a spacious three bedroom unit in the highly sort after South Pacific building. Due to it being one of the few buildings along Shoal Bay Rd that has three bedrooms.

Unit 9 is a side unit located on the 3rd floor back from the street, you can enjoy your privacy but still be in an excellent position, right opposite Shoal Bay beach.
This is the location you want to be when holidaying in Shoal Bay!

Situated right across from Shoal Bay Beach Unit 9 South Pacific has water views from the dining/living/kitchen and main bedroom, this is the place just for you and your family or friends!

The open plan of the living and dining area's make it very spacious.

A new kitchen has been installed August 2022, new photos will follow. You can now enjoy cooking for your family in this beautiful kitchen while enjoying the amazing views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need including an Aldi coffee pod machine for those loved morning coffees.

All three bedrooms have built in robes, the main bedroom has an en-suite with walk in shower.
The main bedroom has a queen bed.
The second bedroom has two king single beds.
The third bedroom has two single beds.
Linen is supplied, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels, you just need your beach towels. You will need to make the beds on your arrival and strip this linen off the beds when you depart.

Great for families, golfing groups or friends that want to get together for a holiday.

The main bathroom has a bath and shower combined.

There is a private balcony off the main bedroom where you can sit relax enjoy a book or just a bit of you time while still enjoying the beautiful water views.

The internal laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. There are clothes lines at the rear of the building.

The building has secure undercover parking for one car and if needed there is paid parking across the road. Please check vehicle height as maximum clearance is 1880mm in height.

There is a communal BBQ and picnic area at the back of the building.

The property is just a short walk to the local shops, restaurants, Country club and cafes.
No schoolies or party groups are allowed to book this unit.

Tomaree Coastal walk accommodation
Highly recommend the location and apartment. Great to have views of Shoal Bay from the deck and a few minutes walk to restaurants. Maryann was an excellent communicator and our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Great unit in a top location
This unit is suitable for a family or small group of friends. Located opposite the bay & a short distance from Tomaree Headland, it is perfect if you want a quieter holiday than the bustle of Nelson Bay.

Perfect location. Easy family holiday.
Love Shoal Bay and these easy living apartments. We always stay in the South Pacific complex. Well maintained and secure and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Perfect for a family getaway. We love Zenith Beach. The whole beach to ourselves most of the time. Great location as you have the choice of the bay, or the beach. Plus great cafes, restaurants, supermarket, takeaway and shops all within 100m. And the walk up Mt Tomaree is just breathtaking. We'll be back again for sure!
