Unit 9 South Pacific is a spacious air conditioned three-bedroom unit in the highly sort after South Pacific building. Due to it being one of the few buildings along Shoal Bay Rd that has three bedrooms.
Unit 9 is a side unit located on the 3rd floor back from the street, you can enjoy your privacy but still be in an excellent position, right opposite Shoal Bay beach.
This is the location you want to be when holidaying in Shoal Bay!

Situated right across from Shoal Bay Beach Unit 9 South Pacific has water views from the dining/living/kitchen and main bedroom, this is the place just for you and your family or friends!
Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the lounge room, the other bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The open plan of the living and dining area's make it very spacious.
Enjoy cooking for your family in this beautiful kitchen while enjoying the amazing views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need including an Aldi coffee pod machine for those loved morning coffees.
All three bedrooms have built in robes, the main bedroom has an en-suite with walk in shower.
Great for families, golfing groups or friends that want to get together for a holiday.
There is a private balcony off the main bedroom where you can sit relax enjoy a book or just a bit of you time while still enjoying the beautiful water views.
The internal laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. There are clothes lines at the rear of the building.
The building has secure undercover parking for one car and if needed there is paid parking across the road. Please check vehicle height as maximum clearance is 1880mm in height.
There is a communal BBQ and picnic area at the back of the building.
We do not advertise WIFI as it can be intermittent during the peak times. There is a portable device you can use but we won't be held responsible if it isn't working. Not to be used for streaming.
The property is just a short walk to the local shops, restaurants, Country club and cafes.
No schoolies or party groups are allowed to book this unit.

This unit is Air conditioned, 2 bedrooms and the loungeroom, making is very comfortable on those very hot days. Also having a private balcony off the main bedroom is great when you want to get away from everyone and just sit in peace and quiet while still enjoying the view.
