Beautiful house in a convenient location with very close access to Dallas North Tollway and President George Bush Turnpike. The house is very clean and bright. It has a very modern/contemporary feel. Each of the bedrooms is en-suite (has a bathroom attached). Whether it is for work or leisure, guests would really enjoy the comfort and convenience of this home.
There are 5 bedrooms (4 King, 1 Queen) (All with a bathroom) and a separate study/office along with 2 living rooms and a formal dining. There is a separate room for Washer/Dryer and Storage.The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary appliances and so is the study (printer/scanner). There are 4 TV'S and a 3 Car Garage.

Home away from home

The house is beautiful, it could of been a little cleaner or cleaned before our check in. Not nearly enough towels for you or your guest. Bring extra towels. . The furniture and decor could use a lilttle attention. . No curtains or blinds in downstairs sitting area. It’s a hole in window downstairs have you freezing cold. The overall bottom line is the house need a facelift quickly for the price , it really need to be updated and some repairs. But I would stay again. The host was prompt in responding.

Disappointing

We booked a last minute house to stay in as we were there for an unexpected medical emergency . Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly, which was much appreciated. When we arrived that night , we walk in and the house had an overwhelming smell of marijuana and stale cigarette smoke. As we walked in, our feet were sticking to the floor. Then noticed the kitchen countertops were also sticky. Carpet has stains all in it along with furniture. On the staircase, there was a gum wrapper with gum in it. I found a broom to start cleaning. Found a swifter with no pads. No mop or vacuum, ants in the kitchen. Front yard is covered in trash, liquor bottles and TRASH. Which we cleaned up. Next morning I immediately get up and go buy cleaning supplies, mop and bucket, spent two hours just cleaning floors so we could feel comfortable enough to walk around. Mind you we are overwhelmed with an emergency medical situation... last thing we wanted to do was clean house . Once it came time to think about cooking dinner. I found a pot and sauce pan that were so rusted , there was no way I was going to cook in it. Back to Walmart to buy cookware . Owner advised she would refund a portion of cleaning fee.... I had spent over the amount of cleaning fee! She later agrees to refund a little more. As we try to sit down and eat, all the chairs are broken around the dining table.. one person almost fell one chair had only 3 legs. Had to go to neighbors house to borrow a screw driver to fix ALL the chairs. Found over ripe limes and open chip bag in drawer, marijuana in a desk drawer. I have stayed in numerous VRBO homes and never have had an experience like this. This was definitely not a home away from home. It would have been much easier to have stayed in a hotel.... especially with all the extra money spent. Not to mention we got questioned on two occasions from City of Dallas code enforcement about the condition of the yard. I explained to them we were just renting for a few days. We didn’t actually live there. They posted a citation on the door. Absolutely no parking in the area. Pillow cases smelled so bad of marijuana, we had to wash them. A fish hook was found on the floor, almost got stepped on. Whom ever rented it before may have had an icing fight, as we found icing on chairs and walls. KEEP SEARCHING!

The property was beautiful, everything was perfect. Host left gifts for my husband and I. She stayed in communication with us. I highly recommend this property for family gatherings. We will definitely stay at her properties again!!

Nicest host ever!

The house was amazing and clean. And Fizza, she is the nicest host i’ve ever had. She communicated with me in the nicest way possible all through the process and my stay. She’s friendly. I told her that i was having a few friends over for my girlfriend’s birthday, and she was so nice that she left a gift box for my girlfriend, so thoughtful of her. And the house was beautiful as seen in the pictures. If i need a place to host again, or recommend it to anyone, this house would be it. Thank you Fizza for being such an amazing host.

“Cleanliness is next to godliness”

The home is beautiful and spacious. Unfortunately, it was not clean. I called Fizza and told her about some of the issues and she gave me the cleaning fee back. However, I spent more money purchasing cleaning supplies and items such as throw rugs, bed linen and towels, because of stained carpet and dingy linen; in order to accommodate my family that would be arriving the next day. Needless to say I spent my check-in day cleaning. I was not able to clean everything due to time, so we did not get to fully enjoy the house. However, the house was in much better shape afterwards, up and downstairs. Some of my family members decided to stay at the Renaissance Hotel and this experience has convinced me to do the same in my future stays, saving me time and money.

Great place for a large group

The property was very clean and well managed. Lots of space with large king sized beds. The host left us a snack basket and water bottles. All in all, i definently would come back.
