Leisure area covered with barbecue, tank and external shower. The balcony extends throughout the facade of the house, with a masonry table, benches and hammocks arranged along the length of the balcony. The water in the house is pure, drawn directly from a mountain mine.
The house holds up to 8 people, with uncoated parking for up to 3 cars.
Next to the house there is a market for shopping and a snack bar-restaurant, and there is a regular line of public transport to Ubatuba.
Access to Brava beach is via the Br-101- Rio Santos, exiting at the interchange of Praia Dura, where you follow the panoramic road towards Praia de Fortaleza, passing by paradisiacal beaches until km 6, where you will find house, located at Rua das Palmeiras, 36.

The property is located 40 meters from this road, in the flat part and very close to Brava beach, whose access is made through a beautiful trail of easy route of approximately 180 meters, exactly 5 minutes walk. The trail is all flanked by lush rainforest.
The beach is among the most beautiful on the north coast of São Paulo, which is considered for its mountains, waterfalls and islands, the most beautiful view of the southeastern coast of Brazil.
Trails that leave close to the house take us, with light walks, to the last beaches still deserted in the region, such as Praia do Cedro, Bonetinho and the fishing village of Praia do Bonete. They also lead to the Natural Marine Aquarium and Pontal, a true monument sculpted by nature. These trails are perfect for experiencing an experience in the incredible Atlantic forest, walking through secular trees and magnificent examples of tropical flora.
