Located on family friendly Mooring Drive with access to Hampton Harbor from the cul-de-sac at the end, makes it a great home away from home for kayakers and paddle boarders to access the Hampton Harbo. Location is everything at Hampton Beach! This property is close to the action but located in a lovely neighborhood just 2 blocks away. The epic views are unique and make spending time at the house as enjoyable as hanging on the beach or boardwalk.
What makes this property unique
Located waterfront on the marsh the views are spectacular, with plenty of parking for your family. You will sit on the upper deck and enjoy watching the boats in the harbor and listening to the music of the area as you cook in the brand-new kitchen. The large built in gas fireplace in the Livingroom make evenings in a dream. If you're looking to relax, you are in the right place. Wake up and walk around the house to check out what is happening outside with the newly installed large windows throughout. Close to the action but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
