For longer term rentals over a week and whole season rentals discounted rates will apply! Welcome to our 4000 sq ft Compound of flowing space, which includes the 3000 sq ft 5 Bedroom 4 1/2 Bath Main House and the 1000 sq ft 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath separate detached Pool House. Our home is surrounded by 2 1/2 lush acres, perennial gardens and is bordered by 300 acres of Skidmore College's Northwoods. Lots of glass make these bright wonderful buildings with beautiful views to the pool, decks, the manicured gardens and field. Three levels of living in the Main House offers lots of privacy. Two levels of living in the Pool House offers the same. Come back from your days adventures to relax with cocktails by the pool - only 1.5 miles from Broadway and all Saratoga has to offer as well as the beautiful Adirondacks and Vermont Mountains close by! Great front porch and 4 decks to bring you close to the lovely surroundings of this unique property!

Great house! There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room, the house was well stocked and very clean. Great location and no issues at all. If going back to this area we would go back to this house.

Lovely family vacation

Our family ( grandparents, parents and teen age grandchildren) had a lovely vacation week in Saratoga Springs. The house is as advertised and was spacious,well furnished, with lovely grounds and convenient to the many attractions of the area. We would highly recommend. We would happily come back if we can coordinate teen vacation time again next summer.

Why they chose this property

Our location is so perfect, private and quiet - a 600' driveway from the road, surrounded by forests on one side and a beautiful open field on the other. All this and only 1 1/2 miles from downtown! We love where we live and are sure you will enjoy your stay! Many of our guests have returned after only being in the VRBO business for 3 years!
