Includes separate entrance, one bedroom with queen bed, full closet and private full bathroom. Outdoor pool and billiards table, as well as laundry room available for guests to use. Full access to kitchen with separate refrigerator for guests. 2 obedient and kid friendly dogs as well as 2 horses on property. 2 spaces in garage for parking, additional non covered parking available on property. Kitchen and living room have Chromecast for streaming, we don't have cable.
