Clean, comfortable condo right on the water in the heart of the lakes region. This second floor condo boasts an oversized covered balcony overlooking the lake.

Bring your own boat (up to 24 ft) or rent one from the marina right down the road. Or just relax on the 2nd floor covered balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Winnisquam. This immaculate condo sits right on the water, steps to the private, gradual sandy beach shared with only the other 3 units in the association. This pet-free, 4 season condo is meticulously cleaned and sanitized as if my own family were my guests here. Very likely the cleanest rental you will ever encounter.

This is a small, quiet condo association and visitors should be kept to a minimum. Not a place for parties or events, please be respectful of the other community members!

Great Vacation Spot

Quiet place with lake access and view, just a short hop away from downtown Tilton or Laconia. Clean, well furnished apartment, with modern appliances. Good tv/entertainment selection for rainy days, too. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

Summer 2022 vacay

We had a wonderful time with our 3 young children. The bunk room was perfect for them and separate from our room. Large balcony with great views. Very clean and perfect for just our family. The beach was large and quiet. We will be back next year hopefully! Thank you!

Waaaay Overpriced

Granted, on the water, yes, but the surrounding neighborhood is dumpy. This Unit also shares the beach with 3 other renters so it is not private. One unit in particular is owned and haS an older gentleman that proceeded to watch every move me and my little boys made, constantly yelling at us down from his deck what we were doing wrong. Extremely annoying. Water space is crowded…boats parked everywhere.

Wow. I'm sad to see this review, but wish you had read the description before booking. We are crystal clear in our description of the property that it is a shared beach with 3 other units. It is not crowded, it is fenced in, private, and meticulously well kept (not to mention, 2 of the owners are hardly ever here and you almost always have the entire beach to yourself). As for the neighborhood, it is not dumpy, we are right on the water in the heart of the lakes region; surrounded by great things to do, mini golf, restaurants, outlet shopping, etc. I wish you had done some research on the Winnisquam/Winnipesaukee area if you were not familiar, it is extremely popular and does result in many boats! Breaking the rules and feeding the ducks was a problem because the ducks are a common nuisance, they poop on and ruin the beach. Feeding them is frowned upon up and down the lake, not just our property. Paying attention to our description and the posted rules, as well as familiarity with the lakes region prior to booking, could have avoided all these problems.

Beautiful location right on the water! The deck was large and great for having morning coffee watching the lake. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit! The property was very clean and updated. We would stay again with a small group!
