Bright, clean, 2-bedroom Walk-out suite available with everything you could need during your stay.

Interior
Kitchen fully stocked with all you need! Stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as toaster, coffee maker, and blender. All kitchen cookware, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and cleaning products are provided. Suite has its own laundry area, with full-size washer and dryer. Two bedrooms have a Queen & a Double bed. All beds have protective mattress and pillow covers, fresh white sheets & pillows.
*Please bring your own comforters/blankets/sleeping bags.

Dining and living room area, with TV running cable. DVD Player. Wireless internet is also supplied.

Exterior
The walkout suite opens onto it's own patio with furniture and fenced yard with fire-pit.

Cleaning
Cleaning is the responsibility of the renter, a detailed Cleaning Check Out List is provided. Must be completed in full by renter. All cleaning supplies are supplied.
A thorough disinfecting wipe down of entire unit will occur after checkout & before next renter checks in, pertaining to Covid-19 precautions.
*$50/hr taken from damage deposit for any major cleaning needed.
-While mattress pads, fitted sheets, pillows & pillow cases are provided, please bring your own blankets/sleeping bags
-Bath towels provided, however beach towels are not. Please bring your own beach towels.

Great stay and location

We were very thrilled with these accommodations. Walking distance to Lakeshore drive. Main drag along the lake. Shopping available there and walked to the farmer’s market. I found the location to be very accessible. I would definitely come back next year for the Jesus People conference if not sooner. Thanks to you both for my experience. Beautiful city.
