This 100 year old little adobe house is located in Martineztown, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Albuquerque. The house is conveniently situated a stone's throw from the historic Camino Real and enjoys traditional finishings like small doorways and original wood floors. One minute from freeway access and within walking distance to delicious restaurants, museums, downtown, great breweries, and much more.
**There is a fenced in backyard with two above-ground garden boxes and a separate private outdoor patio off of the laundry room. Both have seating areas for experiencing beautiful New Mexico dawns and sunsets. If you are able to visit when the gardens are flourishing, feel free to take as much as you want.
**The front of the house has an off-street, gravel driveway that can fit 2 full size vehicles. There is additional parking available on the street.
**Fully-functioning kitchen with coffee, tea and snacks.
**The laundry room has both a washer and dryer.
**Twin bed in the rear bedroom can be unstacked to provide an extra, twin trundle-type bed.
**There is a claw foot tub in the bathroom with bath salts and bubble bath.
Guests can use the entire property.
