Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms

Thank you for your review. The guests before you who was there for 3 weeks did not have any problems and they completely enjoyed their time in Cebu while staying at our property. The pictures clearly show the size of the rooms and we got the biggest bed we could for them rooms. Considering there was only two guests staying at the property and checked in on the day of arrival you with your son, a local female to follow which gives a king size double and a queens double for the other guest. You have stated yourself that your son has complex issues and he’s unable to read and I presumed write. You also mentioned on checking out to our property manager that you thought your son has been watching pornography. Shortly after you leaving the property our property manager was unable to access the WiFi and on contacting the provider she was informed that you had been down to their office to get the password codes and information to be able to reset the internet. I also was informed during your stay that you had no internet access and you needed the log in details in which I promptly sent them to you. Our property manager on checking the property, our internet password has been changed and there was a new user name on Netflix homepage which transpired to be in the name of your son. Now understanding that he has special needs and he is unable to do things that you described, it only leaves one person in the property who is able to alter the password and add a user name to Netflix. From what I understand from certain people at Midpoint you are a regular visitor to both Towers 1 and 2 and this is why you was given so much information when seeking help about the internet. For your information we have the 30mbps internet speed and in the past we have never had any problems from guests who needed reliable internet. From the very beginning of your check in you was given all contact details and case of any incidents or problems that you may have so they can be resolved quickly and effectively. You did not reach out to us or to our property manager. We only was informed about the internet incident by our provider when they refused your request to access our personal information and I contacted you immediately.
