Copper Mountain -Spacious 1st Flr 2&2 near ski school/rentals,lift, hot tub

Very nice 2bd 2ba 1155 sq ft ground floor condo. Built in 2007, it's one of newest properties in Copper. The parking and ski storage are right out the front door. There is a very large kitchen with plenty of cookware, fantastic master bedroom (king bed) & bath, queen bed in guest room & a guest bath, queen size sleeper sofa in living room, radiant floor heat, gas fireplace, wifi, cable TV (3). West Village is only a 2 minute walk to ski school/rentals and another 1 minute walk to Kokomo or Woodward Express lifts. For access to other lifts/runs and terrain park use Woodward Express Quad lift. There is a community hot tub, with a changing room, for your use.
The condo has only 1 parking space, there is a $20 fee per night to park overnight in the Alpine Lot between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Users can pay this fee conveniently through a QR code or at the kiosk. Take the FREE Shuttle back to West Village (Green Route).
Copper Mountain has the most terrain in the area and the least amount of lodging thus you have shorter lift lines than the competition. It's the preferred destination of Colorado residents. It's very easy to get to, just off exit 215 on Interstate 70.
We are on the ground floor so there are no stairs, lobby, corridors, or elevators. Easy access in and out the unit !

The condo was perfect - super close to West Village made it very easy to get to and from the lifts and the shuttles to get around Copper. Mike was very prompt in responding to questions. A few games in the condo made for fun evenings when we didn't we didn't want to leave the warmth of the fireplace. Clean, comfortable, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

We had an excellent stay at this condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The unit was fully supplied with everything we needed—and more—including extra essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing detergent, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The owners were fantastic: very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. They were also extremely flexible and gracious in allowing us to access the unit earlier than expected, which we truly appreciated. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the lifts in West Village, and the hot tub was only a quick and easy walk there and back. I would absolutely recommend this unit to everyone and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic location. Short walk to short lift lines!

Exactly as pictured (well, plus a Keurig!). There is a short walk to the Windward Express and Kokomo lifts (and a shorter walk back ;-) Mike and Margie are great hosts. The welcome packet is so organized, they're quick to respond to questions, and check-out is really easy! This was a great condo for our family. Thanks!

Adult family ski trip for 5

This condo was in a great location, especially for the beginner ski runs/ski school. There was a nice path behind the condo to get to the Center Village (where most of the restaurants and shops are located). The owners had some issues with their housekeeping (for bathroom supplies only) and HOA (for extra door fobs), but they were responsive and did the best they could. The place was very clean. We would likely choose to stay there again.

Let it snow

Condo is spacious and comfortable. There is one outdoor parking spot. We received over 2 feet of snow during our visit. Make sure you bring ice scraper/brush for snow removal. Fortunately our host also had snow shovels in the ski locker. Overall, highly recommended.

The place was as advertised and pictures were accurate. The kitchen was stocked for cooking with a few spices even on hand. The furniture was comfortable. The bed mattresses were comfortable but the pillows were not. the rooms were clean but the linens/pillow cases had hair still on them. Location was perfect for skiing with ease of access to the lifts at west village base.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was just right and the little things made the stay especially nice - the spacious rooms, super warm and comfortable beds, the good water pressure in the shower with nice hot water, the ski locker outside the front door, the radiant floor heating, the TVs in every room and a kitchen made for cooking and large groups. And the location was great to get to west village. No shuttle needed which was super important to us. Overall a fantastic condo. We hope to come again.

We're married since 1979, 2 kids (grown). We live in Orlando and have rental properties in Ft.Collins, Keystone, and Copper Mountain, Co. We always believed in treating our guests like we'd expect to be treated.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of the location, looks, style and a ground floor unit!! The Cache is a very small condominium project with approximately 34 units, compared to some properties with >100 units and numerous floors. We prefer small properties, away from all the crowds, with quick access to the lifts. This property is a large upscale condo with 1155 Sq feet compared to the typical 700-900 sq ft found at most Copper Mountain condos. It is a ground floor unit so you just park in front and walk-in. No stairs,elevator, lobby, long walks through the corridors!! Ski storage is just outside the door, grab your skis and in 2 short minutes you're at West Village, that's where the ski school and ski rentals are located. Woodward Express quad lift (former Union Creek lift) and the Kokomo beginners lift are both 1 minute walks from West Village entrance. You don't have all the crowds that are at Center Village

What makes this property unique

The unit is professionally cleaned after each renter. NO STAIRS, HANDRAILS, ELEVATOR, or LOBBY so there is much less chance of a physical transmission of a virus. It's safer to eat at the condo instead of a crowded bar-restaurant.
