This condo has beautiful a views of the intercostal and is located just over the bridge to stunning Sanibel/ Captiva! This lovely vacation destination in Punta Rassa is surrounded by lush landscaping , a fishing pier, tennis courts, swimming pool, hot tub, shuffleboard courts, and much more. So much to see and do in Ft. Myers beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island. Enjoy days filled with swimming or sunning at the beach, kayaking, fishing, biking, and much more. Visit the Ding Darling Preserve or the Shell Museum. Enjoy shopping at the outlet mall or the unique island boutiques. Enjoy spectacular meals at the Bubble Room and Green Flash. Or visit another of our favorites, the Lazy Flamingo!

Our home away from home is a furnished 2/2 with a king bed in master and two twin beds in guest room. You will find the amenities include all linens and a kitchen equipped for light meal prep. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the beautful intercoastal! Internet and cable are included. There is a television in the living room and master. The master has it's own bath and walk-in closet. There is a breakfast bar and dining table. The municipal boat ramp is adjacent to the property for those who want to bring their own boat. Boat rental are also available locally as are boat tours and dinner cruises.

This unit is located on first floor (not ground).

Location, location, location!!! We loved coming back from our days journies to the condo.

The condo was well equipped for cooking, linens and relaxing. Each evening we would come back to our condo and watch the sunset, dolphins, and even a manatee or two. The condo was clean & fresh when we arrived. The complex has a great pool area with grills, close to restaurants, next to the bridge to Sanabel Island, good walking or running area and........ We really enjoyed our peaceful stay. I would highly recommended this beautiful area.

Breathtaking view

The view was amazing. We met some of the nicest people at the pool. Home was equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay.
