-The house is about 650 m on foot from the beach using the exclusive access from the condo for pedestrians to the beach (THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS NEAR THE MAIN ORDINANCE);

- Or go by car from the house to the street that has pedestrian access to the beach, (park the car, inside the condo !!!) and walks about 50 m on foot, arrived on the beach sand.

Spend your holidays in tranquility in a house that is in a closed condominium (VERDE MAR), on COCANHA beach, with 24h doorman and motorized patrols.

* 3 bedrooms (1 suite on the ground floor) + 1 Mezzanine with 2 single beds (SEE PHOTOS), all rooms with ceiling fans. Sleeps 15 people in beds (including children of any age).

* American kitchen, with basic kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots), counter, microwave, stove, refrigerator.

* 220V ELECTRIC NETWORK.

* 4 bathrooms, one of which is a toilet next to the pool.

* 1 PRIVATE POOL for the exclusive use of house guests, measuring 6.40mx4.00m and average depth of 1.30m. 1 shower.

* A large balcony with barbecue / pizza oven, 1 sink and 1 grill, tables and chairs.

* Internal garage for 4/5 cars .

* PRAIA DA COCANHA (considered one of the most beautiful and clean beaches on the North Coast of SP) .

* RETREADA DAS CHAVES is in Caragua with Mr Zeca (lives next to the condominium where the house is). UNTIL 23: 00H !!!

* It is NOT ALLOWED by the condominium, loud sound in the house (ambient sound only). Subject to a fine, after 1 notice NOT met. The fine is discounted from the security deposit .

* A security deposit of R $ 1000.00 or a cash deposit of (R $ 600) is required to collect the house keys in Caragua, with Mr. Zeca, manages it for me there, (the deposit serves as a guarantee for the belongings of the house and as a guarantee for a possible fine for loud sound in the house, applied by the condominium, after 1 notice NOT ATTENDED). ON THE OUTPUT HE GOES TO THE HOUSE AND RETURNS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
