The house was spacious. It had everything we needed. One thing I did not like was having to pay for the pool to be heated.

Family Fun Trip

House beautiful great location! You will enjoy your stay! You won’t regret booking it! Just be prepared you need to purchase cleaning products garbage bags paper products. You can cook but you need to get seasonings and all essentials ! Grill you need to rent do not rent from pilgrims rental they do not respond take your money! Use otter equipment!

Expected More

We stayed here on a family vacation and it was not what we expected. The pool spa never heated up like it was supposed to, it only got to around lukewarm temperature. Some bed sheets were dirty and stinky when we arrived and some dishes as well. The house was very warm the entire time. They do not let you turn the AC below 72. We were very hot the entire week. The beds were quite uncomfortable. They were very stiff and hard. Key pad was not working properly. It was hard to get into the house at times.

Plenty of space for the family. Lots of pool time and close to Disney.

Had trouble contacting the management co. Once we got there, the house is beautiful (needs some appliance updates) with plenty of space for our family. The pool area was a big hit! Even though we weren’t going to Disney this time, it is close.
