We are only a little over 8 miles to Disney (about 15 min.) . We have remodeled this Gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 8-10 people, minutes from Disney.
Feel Safe in our GATED COMMUNITY with a playground and a tennis court, South-facing pool/grotto (the grotto, which is the sitting area by the pool is not a hot tub and is always the same temperature as the Pool).
Pool Heating is available (only $25 per night) & child-safe guard screen fence.
Each room is beautifully decorated, new smart Flat-screen TVs in every room. Spacious Master Suite- walk in closet, en suite, soaker tub, dual sinks, with the Bed sizes:
1 King (In Master Suite)
1 Queen in One room
1 Queen in Another room
4 Twin beds (Trundle beds which means 2 of the Twin beds slide under the other Twin beds in one Room)
We have meticulously remodeled with modern and updated features. We thought of everything! high-speed internet & cable, Washer & Driver; Garage Game room with 50" tv, Xbox One, Ping Pong, basketball, corn Hole, Easel, Board Games, Pool with Basketball & Furnished Patio/Lanai with Table and 8 chairs and 4 Lounge chairs as well as a Grill and Pool area Smart Tv.
It is Close to Walmart, Grocery Stores (Publix about 1/2 mile away), Great Shopping, Exquisite & chain Restaurants, and all the Disney amusement parks (Uber and Lift services available) as well as all the other wonderful things to do in and near Orlando.

I has a wonderful stay with my family. The location was convenient, not far from shopping and dining options. The house is situated in a gated community, which is quiet and offers amenities perfect for a familyvacation. I highly recommend this home for a safe family getaway. Wonderful family home

This house was perfect for my family of 10 (8 adults, ages 27-84, 2 children, ages 1 & 2). The home owner thought through having items available for children...highchair, pack-n-play, books, stroller, and pool floaties. The game area was great to have, the kitchen was well stocked with necessary items, the beds were comfortable, and having the pool on property was great. The owner was very responsive to any issues and was wonderful with communication. I would stay here again when visiting the area.

Great stay. Everything was as advertised. As an extended family ( 3 generations ) we rent places for 2 or 3 vacations a year, from ski rentals to summers on Cape Cod. The first thing my wife said was how clean and well appointed it was. Plenty of room. Pool was plenty warm for the kids without the heat, but not the old folks. Grandkids first trip to Disney, SeaWorld, Cape Kenned. Will be back if doing it again.Eric very responsive

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a great stay at this home. The property owner, Eric, was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. And the home was in perfect condition. It is close to the Disney Parks and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to Disney!

We bought our home in July 2017 and wanted to modernize and renovate it with updated and beautiful features not only for our guests, but for us as well as we like to vacation here whenever we can.
Our goal is to make sure that all of our guests that stay here enjoy it as much as we do when we come down.
As you can see from our 5 Star reviews, people really have a wonderful time while they’re here and we know you will too.

Why they chose this property

Gated and Beautiful subdivision only 1/2 mile from a beautiful park and It’s near great restaurants, golfing, shopping, grocery stores, walmart, and only 15 min to Disney.
And if you don’t wanna drive, you can take an Uber or Lyft as they are very reasonable in price.
The food is amazing, we’ve eaten at authentic Greek, Indian, Italian, Mexican, and many others all within 2 to 4 miles. Starbucks is just 1 mile away (there’s actually about three Starbucks within 2 to 3 miles) as well as many other shopping stores. It’s really the perfect place and being on highway 27 it is a 6 way highway, 3 roads going south and north so traffic is usually light and easy to get to these great restaurants and grocery stores. The main Grocery store, other than Walmart, is Publix, and it is just over a half mile away. Tons of stuff to do. We think you will Love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

This gated community is really unique in the fact that all the homes have a large Gorgeous tree in the front yard as well as other palm trees and smaller trees around which enhances the aesthetics and beauty of the area.
The fact that it is a gated community increases the safety that you feel being in the subdivision. Whether its Grocery stores, Restaurants, or just about anything else you need, it nice to know its only a short distance to get to them. Not to mention Disney and it's parks are all very close, whether driving or using Uber or Lyft to get around.
