There is cable TV ,DVD player, free internet access, u.s.,canada calls and a new games room with 8 ft pool table,table soccer,darts and table tennis table,.Boasting a west facing view overlooking a tranquill lake.The main room is large and spacious with plenty of room for all the family to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, with patio doors leading to spacious pool and deck area. The family sized washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a full compliment of towels. master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, 42 inch TV large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. There are 3 other spacious bedrooms,1 queen sized bedroom and 2 twin beds en suite. The pool area provides ample space to soak up the Florida sun and pool heating 25 dollars a day

Communication was very easy and the host was timely in their responses. I’ve noticed recently there are some rentals that have a lot of hoops to jump through. And probably for good reason, but this process was much more smooth. I’ll be staying with them again.

This was a beautiful house with so much space. It was so clean, we felt like we were the first people to stay here. The pool and pool area was so relaxing. It was quiet. The beds and bedding were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun time

Property was in a good location. Although the neighborhood was nice, a SWAT team was at the neighbors and had our cars blocked in, and the next morning we was woke up by the police at a different neighbors.The pool view was nice and the pool was a good size and clean. I would suggest bringing your own towels and wash clothes. There wasn't enough towels for the size of my family and there wasn't any wash clothes. There is a washer and dryer but who wants to spend everyday washing towels on vacation. Also, bring or buy garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and dishwashing liquid. I have stayed at plenty of VRBO that provides these things.

One week July vacation

We had a great time staying here. We really enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. The swimming pool was awesome to cool off in after being out all day. I would recommend getting a handrail installed to help with getting in and out of the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lots of food/grocery options nearby. Convenient to turnpike for access to attractions. Very clean home. Not a lot of extras, bring TP/paper towels, extra bath/pool towels. Quiet/safe gated community.

Great For The Price

We had a great short stay at the Villa and the host was prompt to assist with a few small things. We enjoyed the pool and even seen a gator and river otter in the water in the backyard. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing, gorgeous views!

We spent 6 days here and expected to site see the whole time, but the villa had enough to offer that we did not want to leave. Beautiful lake view from the poolside. The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood equipped with everything necessary to forget the world and enjoy quality family time. Very close to Universal and other parks as well. Would book again & again.

Very nice

The house was very clean. The house and rooms available was big enough to accommodate seven adults. The pool was large enough for all of us to enjoy a few days in the water. The view onto the lake is quite beautiful.

Good location!

The location is amazing with good privacy! It’s a specious house with good utensils. It was lacking some cleaning but the owners were quick to respond and to fix it. I’d return if the house gets cleaned. Overall, it was nice a vacation.

Very nice home, good value

I really enjoyed the home and loved having the lake right out the door for birdwatching and seeing the alligator Sun itself on the opposite shore. There was plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen with utensils. I would consider staying here again. With all of that, the sound of traffic from the turnpike in the air traffic faded into the background with the pluses of staying here.

Great stay

Our stay was great, house was perfect for what we needed it for. Loved the lake behind the property. The house could’ve been a tiny bit cleaner and was a little disappointed trash bags, dishwasher tablets or toilet paper were not provided after the first use. We stayed 3 days and had to go buy all those things which was a bummer. But overall the kids loved the pool and the house size/setup was perfect for us!

Exactly as expected

Nice sunny bedrooms, comfy couches and seating, pool was clean, nice view of lake/pond. could hear highway noise from outside but not distracting. close to other neighbor pools, but everyone was respectful. neighborhood felt safe. saw an alligator in the pond and lots of bird life!

Ok, but needs TLC

The positives - beautiful view, host communicates promptly, house is clean, layout and neighborhood are pleasant and it has the potential to be a nice place to stay. The negatives - the house feels like it is somewhat neglected. Blind slats held up with duct tape, black stain on entry wall, and the “game room” garage feels pretty uninviting. My 14- year old daughter went for her first swim in the pool only to have two kiddie band aids and dead bugs floating around her. She never went in again. They leave you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two tiny hotel soaps, and a single packet of laundry detergent (for the towels they request you wash, I assume). The bed pillows were the worst I have ever experienced - old flimsy decorative pillow or large, bulky memory foam. The hosts need to think about paying to attention to details. I would not choose to stay at this property again.

Car towing

One of the missionaries that live in Florida dropped off the group and went inside the house for a quick moment of prayer and his car was towed. We completely understand the rules, but felt so bad about what occurred. We hope that dud not cause you any problems. Having no parking signs would be a great way to remind guests.

I just want to say that my stay was not great there was a few things that could be fixed. The house does need to be updated like the furniture is out dated, the beds were ok. I did have an issue but spoke with the property manager about my concern, was it solved honestly no it wasnt was I happy to hear the solution no i wasnt as well but based on the response I got from that major issue, I didnt honesty waste my time telling them my other issues. The carpet needs to be clean like a deep clean. I wont list my issues that i had in detail due to the fact that i didnt give them a chance to fixes any of the problems. I did that because due to knowing that if they will allow tenants to occupy there house for vacations and have broken windows that are not up to code, and i literally mean you can not close the latches on any window, yep thats right all the windows in the house are unlocked what keeps them close is tape according to the property manger
