Very reasonably priced and spacious property. Only issue was that the bedding and towels were damp on the arrival. The cleaners must have not left in the dryer for long enough which was inconvenient to deal with on the first night.

Vrbo pictures are deceiving!! Home filled with bugs, mold, stains on furniture and bedding.Trash under the beds, tv remotes with no batteries. The outdoor grill has never been cleaned.Definitely do not recommend.

I did not receive my door code until a couple hours before check in. There were stains on the sheets in a couple rooms and one of the bathrooms looked as though it had not been cleaned. There was urine around the toilet seat. There were no wash clothes and decent towels. It was hot upstairs where most of the rooms were. There was trash in the bin from a previous guest and trash was outside so we felt we had to clean it so we would not be charged the fee. After reaching out to give a review of my stay, NO RESPONSE. It was not much of a pleasant stay.

The location of this home is great—close to plenty of attractions and in a peaceful neighborhood—and check-in was hassle-free. Unfortunately, the condition of the home was a major disappointment. It needs a total refresh: there are carpet and furniture stains throughout, broken blinds, holes in walls, and worn-out cookware with old appliances. Crucially, the upstairs bathroom sinks weren't operational. The house has potential, but it urgently requires maintenance and proper care.

The Host was good and the house was ok, but the house could have been cleaned better! Under the master bed was a dirty baby diaper! The sofas needed to be cleaned! Spots all over the sofas and trash under the sofa seats! Bathroom toilets seats needed to be replaced! Pool umbrella needed to be cleaned or replace as well! Other than the cleanliness of the house, we had a good time!

Check in process was super easy!! We were blown away by how big and spacious and clean the house was and the layout was AWESOME!!! So close to everything will be staying here again next year!

All carpeted areas were covered in stains and disgusting. The home smelled musty and damp. The vents were covered in dirt and dust. A few of the beds were broken. The walls were covered in hand prints, smudges, stains, and spills. There were no flat sheets on half the beds. The comforter we grabbed from the primary closet for our son had two large yellow pee stains on it. The pots and pans were all damaged, falling apart, and in very poor condition. The front door handle was broken and most of the closet doors were off their rails and didn't work properly. Doors, door hardware, and many walls were damaged. There were missing or damaged smoke detectors throughout the home. The whole home was very disappointing and was far different from the expectation we had from the pictures and previous reviews. Because of all this, we only stayed one night out of the four we had booked. VRBO's solution was to have us pivot properties, but the pivot still cost us more in the end because we had to book another home last minute and had to pay for more than the one night we stayed here. The host was fairly responsive, but assisted very little in the process. Overall, the condition of the home made it a horrible experience and had a negative impact on our trip.

Location is good. Lots of sleeping space. There were still things on the floor and under the beds when we arrived, including a used diaper.Bare minimum furniture. Broken kitchen chairs. Flimsy dressers with drawers that wouldn’t open. Lamp shades were not attached well. WARNING— Predatory car towing service drives around looking for cars to tow. Ours was taken for being two inches over the sidewalk. If you look up the neighborhood on Google, you will see many comments about this.The beds consist of a very old set of box springs with a mattress on top surrounded by a wooden frame. Not the best.We also had problems with raccoons getting into the pool area and into the trash, which is supposed to be in a secured bin. However, the raccoons have learned to open the bin. The trash service will not pick up trash if the raccoons have opened the bags.We would not stay here again.
