We had a great couple’s motorcycle trip! The house had so much room, comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen to make a meal!! The scenery was amazing and the host couldn’t have been nicer! We would/will definitely return to the house! Road was paved all the way, had no trouble with motorcycles! It was steep, but made the views worth it! Instacart and DoorDash delivered. Highly recommend!

Great location with beautiful views!

We were a group of 7 adults and had an amazing time at this property! Please know that there are lots of stairs (so you can have the beautiful view). The view from the hot tub was even gorgeous! It was the cleanest place we've stayed at and the property manager was very helpful!

Pumpkin Fest

We came to Franklin for the annual Pumpkin roll Festival. Had a great stay, cabin is very nice and has an amazing view. I would recommend for a mountain get away. Also good for kids.

Christmas in Franklin

This property is in a mountain which overlooks the valley. My favorite time of day is watching the sun come up over the mountains. The house is very comfortable in a quiet setting.

Perfect mountain retreat

This mountain home provided ample space for our family. We enjoyed a memorable Christmas week here. The home has everything needed to relax and unwind. We did lots of holiday cooking and baking, all the necessary tools were available in the kitchen. There was plenty of space in the home for us to spread out or be together as needed. The furnishings are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

this is our second time using this listing. it fits us perfectly its close to everything we enjoy. the garage is perfect for us and fits everything we bring. the kitchen is well apportioned with all you could ask for. the bed are very comfortable as well . will be using it again if we have a large enough group

motorcycle trip

the house was just what it said it was. it was perfect for our situation. the location was excellent for us for motorcycle riding. the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking even 2 13x9 glass pans the knives were excellent as well. would love to return if i have enough guests that want to come. thanks for having us.

Very clean. Lovely home. Great location. Our only issue was not enough toilet tissue, paper towels, and trash bags. I sent check in and check out text but did not receive a reply so not sure the texts were received.

There should have been 2 rolls toilet tissue in each bathroom , roll of paper towels and 2 extra trash bags. We do adjust for each stay on the amount or guest. Christmas retreat

This is a beautiful home nestled on the mountain with fantastic views. We had 6 adults and my 3 grandchildren, there was plenty of room to spread out. Very comfortable and immaculate. Love all the wood and comfy furniture. Communication with Lynn was efficient and quick. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare big family meals, even baked Christmas cookies. Hope to come back someday.

Beautiful Views

This is a very nice, spacious home, conveniently located close to town on a fully paved road. I mention that because many homes we've rented in the Franklin area have dicey, one lane mountain roads with treacherous drop offs. The home was clean and well maintained. Each morning we enjoyed coffee on the deck with gorgeous, breathtaking views. Property manager was communicative and helpful with a small issue - resolved 100%. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Very nice!

Cabin in the Woods

Very clean cabin with plenty of room and 3 stories. Hardwood floors throughout and comfy beds on each level. 5 minute drive to downtown Franklin where there are many restaurants and Ingles grocery stores. Also 45 minute or less drive to several cities to check out as well as amazing falls. Very quiet and secluded with a good Mountain View from main level and from lower level where hot tub is located. During the summer when trees are full, view of mountains is partially blocked.

Perfect spot to stay in Franklin

All I can say is “wow”! This home has everything. It is a mountain house with stunning views, but is so convenient to town. Less than a 10 minute drive to anything you would need. During the cooler mornings we enjoyed coffee in the sunroom watching the sun rise. During the day we had fresh mountain air on the porch. Super quiet location with no traffic. Yes there are stairs, but each set leads to another fantastic floor. Highly recommend this property!

Great home in Franklin

The property is a large home, with three accessible floors. It is comfortable and a good space for large families. The kitchen is equipped with the basic items, albeit the utensils and appliances are a little dated. The checkout process is a lot more involved than most other properties we have stayed at - especually when we are already paying a mandatory cleaning fee + required insurance with the cost of the stay. Overall, it was a good experience and would recommend to anyone needing a large home close to town.

Franklin family home

This is a very clean house with plenty of room for six of us including 2 teens their parents and grandparents. Access to the property is an easy drive on all paved roads to a paved driveway. The double garage was nice for our 2 SUV’s especially when the temp dropped to 30’s. The first level above garage had a master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom. The next level had another bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and another full bathroom for the teens sleeping on the third level. Franklin is an easy drive (within 5 minutes) where 3 Ingles grocery stores are located in addition to restaurants, shops, etc. We cooked several meals at the house but did eat at Motor Company Grill downtown (check hours). The house was perfect for our extended family stay. One drawback was carting luggage up one flight of stairs to the main level but it was disclosed in description on vrbo.

Beautiful Mountain Views

We felt totally at home with the warmth family atmosphere of this home. Loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings enjoying the views. Also enjoyed sitting by the fireplace with the family. The simple Christmas decorations were a nice added touch. Kudos to the homeowners😊
