Great house with balcony, lounge, 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen and large plot. All furnished! It is 50 meters from the Joãozinho kiosk in Lagoa de Itaipu and 200 meters from Itaipu beach. Simple house, but very well structured.
Close to the beaches of Itacoatiara, camboinhas and Piratininga.
Practically on the side of the Swallow Trail.
