Duplex hatch, well ventilated. Downstairs with two bedrooms with air conditioning, bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, laundry area. Upstairs, a reversible room for a double room, gourmet balcony with cooktop, swimming pool and bathroom. Ten minutes walk from the seafront and the Carnival circuit.
One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, open TV and wardrobe.
The other with a widower's bed, air conditioning, wardrobes.
This includes a cleaning lady every morning.
