Built in 2015, clean and modern lakefront house on 8 wooded and landscaped acres on the Seal Cove Pond, with views of the Acadia National Park and lake from all bedrooms. Recently published in the Maine Architecture magazine.

Private boat dock in place, with full swimming, kayaking, and sailing access to the pristine lake (kayak/boat rental nearby).

The house is fully and comfortably furnished, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table, a wood-burning fireplace, an 11-foot couch in the living room, enclosed outdoor patio with a large couch and a dining table, an open deck with Adirondack rocking chairs, a barbecue grill, WiFi, Sonos bar, TV, and other conveniences to make you feel at home.

Wake up in a cozy bed, surrounded with lush green forest, with views of the lake in your window - and a short drive to the culture, dining, and adventures of the island! Truly an Acadia gem!
