Inside the ground floor unit you will find travertine tile floors in the kitchen, bathroom and main living area, granite countertops, a full kitchen upgraded with stainless steel appliances, dining table & living room with a sleeper sofa. In the bathroom you will find a newly updated fully tile shower.
Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils & dishes! Bath linens provided. There is also a stack washer/dryer in the unit.
The large master bedroom includes a King size bed, small couch, dresser, television, small walk in closet and connects to the bathroom.
The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed accompanied by a full size loft bed, also with a closet.

It is our dream to share with our children our love for the area and its a bonus to share it with you all as well! We look forward to hosting you all in our spacious ground floor unit at Seagrove Highlands in the heart of Seagrove Beach. We travel all over the world but our hearts always bring us back here. There really is nothing like 30A.
