You will be perfectly at home here in our immaculate, genuinely large, lovingly renovated (just finished), and extremely clean and comfortable full-floor loft apartment (1700 sq. ft./actual) in this handsome, landmark-style, newly-renovated loft building, just off Tompkins Square Park. The loft is full of light from our building-wide expanse of west-facing windows; it is fully furnished and decorated and has central AC, high ceilings, and two very quiet and comfortable bedrooms.

Our loft apartment sleeps up to 6 people (or possibly 7 including a baby): two bedrooms (king and queen), two bathrooms, extra-large sectional sofa, that functions very well for guests/sleeping in the large living room; brand new appliances in brand new kitchen; washer and dryer in loft’s own laundry room; hardwood floors; new bathrooms and fixtures; we also have numerous artworks our walls that you can see in the pictures.

A few things to note:

- Minimum age: 30; families with children are especially welcome!

- Wifi is included in the rate;

- Our excellent central air conditioning system will keep you very cool and comfy during the summer, and it is controllable by zone (electric for this is also included in our rate!) Heat during the cold months included.

- We are one easy flight of stairs up to the second floor; seriously, no exaggeration: everyone always comments on how easy the stairs are!


During your NYC visit, you will be located in the absolute best little corner of the very best neighborhood: the East Village (an actual neighborhood!), adjacent to Tompkins Square Park (and it’s three playgrounds), with cafes, gelato spots, restaurants, beautiful community gardens, East Village and Lower East Side galleries and shops.
The building is very safe and secure, with security cameras; families with children are most welcome!

We are fluent in English, Dutch, French, and Italian; conversant in Spanish.
