We are the proud owners of this BEAUTIFUL home in the Villages of Crystal Beach! Our 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath house sleeps 9 people. The second floor has a master king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a pyramid-bunk bedroom perfect for kids. There is a master queen bedroom on the first floor. Our house is in prime spot, easily walkable to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. The community's gorgeous lagoon pool is located just steps away from the house! A complimentary seasonal shuttle will help

--HOUSE LAYOUT--

LIVING ROOM - Large, light-filled, and comfortable living room with a 42” HD TV. Open space moves right into the kitchen and dining area! Beautiful travertine tiles and rosewood flooring throughout the house!

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and plates to make the most out of your stay :)

--First Level --
MASTER SUITE #1 - Queen bed, large bedroom with 40” Smart HD TV, beautiful en-suite bathroom with oversized glass-door shower, dresser, and closet.

There is a separate half bath located on first floor as well!

--Second Level--
MASTER SUITE #2 - King bed, large bedroom with HD TV, beautiful en suite bathroom, with two separate vanity areas, shower, separate jaccuzi, walk-in closet and dresser! Access to the private 2nd floor balcony for enjoying your coffee, wine, or sunset relaxation method of choice :)

BEDROOM #3 - Queen bed, large bedroom with HD TV, dresser, and closet! Utilizes a shared Bathroom.

BEDROOM #4 - Two pyramid style bunk beds with a full size on bottom and twin on top! HD TV & perfect for kids or (or your adult friends of course!)! Utilizes a shared bathroom on the same floor.

LAUNDRY ROOM – Washer and Dryer available for your use on the second floor to help you feel right at home!

POOL – Just steps from the house is a BEAUTIFUL 30,000 sq ft, lagoon style pool, with waterfalls, hot tub, and large grilling area. The lagoon entry (or zero entry) is a great hit with kids and those that like to catch sun laying in the shallows :)

BEACH - Emerald water and miles of sugar-white sand are 500 yards away...about a 7 minute walk. There is also a free trolley, running from Memorial Day to Labor Day that will pick you up at your door and drop you right in front of the beach. This neighborhood trolley runs every 30 minutes.

THE AREA: Lots of restaurants, an upscale shopping mall, AMC movie theater, Starbucks and Whole Foods grocery store are all across the street at Destin Commons. Everything you need is within a 10 minute walk. Easily walkable.

Condo was clean.. location was pretty central..you can walk to the beach but if you're older, taking your vehicle is probably a better option...pool is wonderful...would have liked a few condiments in kitchen and toiletries in bathroom... overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time..

Overall we were happy with our stay. Houses are close so expect noise at nighttime but beautiful home. We loved the pool! And very close to beach and all other locations. Overall great family trip and wonderful memories made.

Great house, great location

We traveled to Florida this year for my son’s baseball tournament. This property was great; nice house, very clean and comfortable, access to a great pool and the beach and an easy drive to many attractions. Property owners were very accommodating and responsive; seemed very genuine. We would certainly rent this home again!

Family Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the home and the neighborhood. The pool was a short walk from the home and was perfect for everyone from little ones to grandparents. It was a 11 minute walk to the closest beach access, which was no big deal for us, you can use the shuttle if you'd prefer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals and coffee. Overall, a wonderful relaxing stay and would stay here again.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at Casa Del Mar with our children and granddaughters. The pool was conveniently located steps away from the house. Kevin was friendly and responsive when needed. Did not use the shuttle to the beach as we made the 5 minute drive to Henderson beach but saw many others utilizing it.

What a treat!

We were very exciting about our vacation and Luna Del Mar did not disappoint. Kevin and Jessie sent us a warm welcome and made sure we had what we needed to kick off a successful vacation. The house is as listed with added amenities which made our stay very comfortable. The pool was a treat for our littles and was very well managed. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect Spring break getaway

The house was the perfect location for our spring break getaway. Just a couple of blocks from the beach and close to great restaurants. The pool was well maintained- clean and no issues getting a chair any time of the day. The house was perfect for two families of four, and was as described! I really want to acknowledge the management company- they were very prompt to respond to any questions and we had an issue on the day we arrived with the sink- they can right away to fix- no questions asked - they Turkey made this a 5 star stay. Thank you!

Perfect for our Family of 5!

The property was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 19, 14 and 7). The house was exactly as pictured/described. The kids enjoyed the pool, but my husband and I didn't make it to the pool. The beach transportation was great - very quick to pick up and the driver was super nice! We walked to the beach a couple of times as well - not that far at all, as long as you're not hauling a ton of stuff. Communication with the owners was fantastic, although we didn't have much to contact them for as we had zero issues!!! We're definitely keeping this property on our list for future vacations!!

Wonderful location for our first beach trip!

My husband and our 2 children (3 and 1 years old) stayed at Luna Del Mar! The house was perfect for our family- allowing us all our own space for sleeping. It was very clean upon our arrival and stocked with the basics. We had no issues with the property during our stay. We wanted a location with a zero depth entry pool for our kids, but ended up going to the beach more than we expected and only used the pool once. The shuttle started a week early and was so great helping us get to and from the beach. We also walked a few times as well (about 1/2 a mile to the Pompano beach access ramp) and it was very doable. Overall great stay and we would love to come back!

Location Location!

We rented Luna del Mar for a group getting in town for a wedding at the Henderson Resort. The location was perfect for helping with transporting items to the resort and getting groomsmen to and from the resort on time! It was also very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores to keep feeding everyone. The house, itself was a great layout for our group and had pretty much everything we needed to serve up group meals. The kitchen is a bit short in serving pieces…and needs to be inventoried. The owners were amazing to work with and very helpful.

Great Location and Great Hosts

The hosts were very communicative and responsive. We had a great stay. We love the bedroom on the main floor for my 87 year old grandmother. We would definitely stay at this specific property again. The neighborhood is so close to everything!

Outstanding property. Location was great. Parking area only fits two cars. Beware of snakes one was near BBQ grill and another at pool. But no issues will definitely be staying here again.

Great House!

We stayed at this house for the week for a baseball tournament in town. Location is great for those playing at Morgan sports complex. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, beach toys, beach wagon, and kitchen had everything we needed. Pool is very nice and plenty of chairs to always find a spot. Location is great to all the restaurants and grocery store. Would recommend this house and the neighborhood! Thanks for a great week!

Nice place. Clean. We were able to get in a little early which was helpful. Nice area and within walking distance to beach , pool, restaurants. The pool was very nice . We didn’t have need for parking but in general the homes had room for 2, maybe 3 cars only.

Decent property

Overall this is a decent property. The owners were very communicative and accessible, which I really appreciate. The community is super kid-friendly with plenty of space to ride scooters and walk to the pool. Bonus: the ice cream truck came to the neighborhood every night and all the kids would run out to meet him. Pretty fun. Getting to the beach was easy and we chose to walk home a few times. It was nice being close enough to have that option. The layout of the house was perfect for us with a main bedroom upstairs and down. The bunkbeds were a lot of fun for our 6yo. There were a few areas of our stay that could really use some work. The house wasn't well-equipped for our stay, e.g., not enough silverware (6 forks total) and no steak knives. We arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and the outside garbage bins overflowing. The biggest drawback for us was the overall lack of cleanliness. Ceiling fans and return air vents covered in dust, the floor was so dirty I bought my own Swiffer wet cloth on the second day. The property just isn't ready for prime time in my opinion. I didn't call the property owner about these issues because I assume they were aware of the condition of the home before we arrived. I typically only call the owner if an unexpected problem occurs. Overall, this is a decent property. However, for the price I was expecting more.

Our kids always hope for a visit from the ice cream truck when we're in the neighborhood too! A perfect beach vacation treat! We're sorry to hear that cleanliness and supplies were an issue. We would never have obliged your early check-in request to accommodate your baby if we were aware of the unsatisfactory condition. This is not a property that we live in during peak season. We most often have same day check in/out, and can't always be there to walk through our house. We rely on our professional cleaning company and keep an open line of communication with our guests, as you noted. Communication is paramount for both the owner and guest for vacation stays. We maintained open communication via text to welcome you, coordinate your early check in, and maintain constant communication during your stay. By waiting until after your stay to bring up your issues, we had no chance to remedy the situation, which we would have been very happy to do immediately! We've discussed your concerns with our cleaning company and will be keeping a closer eye on the problem areas you mentioned as we continue to welcome families for their beach vacations!
