3-bedroom Niki House

Niki House is a 3-bedroom ground floor renovated House with a private courtyard, only 2 km away from the center of Chania and 3,5 km from the sandy beach of Nea Chora. Within a short walking distance you can find a supermarket, a bakery, a small tavern and a butchery shop.

An open plan living room with a fireplace and a dining table is offered in addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful balcony. One common bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is provided.

Niki House has two bedrooms with a double bed each, and one bedroom with two single beds. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, iron and ironing board as well as hairdryer are provided.

All guests can enjoy a private courtyard and a lovely garden with sun loungers and a bench surrounded by many local trees and flowers. A private parking space is also available.

Niki House stay

Lovely house in good location, close to town centre with off street parking. Owners were very helpful and friendly.

We were very disappointed with the location of this property, we had no reason to believe from the description, that it was on a busy, noisy road. We wished for a garden to relax in, but sadly the reality was very different from the photos in the listing. The garden was unkempt and long grass and overgrown shrubs over the paths. The owners were really nice and helpful people, very kindly collecting us from the centre of town on our arrival and departure.

Niki House

Niki and Dimitri are great hosts. We had fresh oranges and mandarines and lemons the whole time. Niki came around and asked, if everything is fine. They took us to a short Sightseeing tour through Chania ad gave us tipps for day trips and taverns. Our vacation was during the orthodox easter time and Niki brought easter bread and some sweet cookies. The house was perfect for us. The supermarket is just a 3 minute walk away and the old town of Chania 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our vacation and think, that April is a good time for going to Crete - sunny and warm, not hot, perfect weather for hiking and even swimming in the see is possible. The contact to The Hotelgroup was uncomplicated and they helped if necessary. Thanks a lot!
