Great accessibility to everything in the city

Stayed 10 days, it was a great base for exploring the city. Lots of restaurants and shops at the doorstep and a Metro station on the corner. The flat looks exactly like the photos and has everything you need for a home away from home. Shower is especially nice and the kitchen has all the essentials if you want to cook a meal. 1 star off on check in only because there was a small tech glitch where we did not receive the email with the codes and when I called after hours the first time I could not figure out how to reach a person to get info late on the night of check in. When I did finally reach someone they were super helpful, got me everything I needed and gave me a direct line to call back if anything did not work. The instructions sent were easy to follow and very thorough. Overall their communication was excellent throughout the stay, and I think it was a computer error that caused our small hiccup. Just wanted to point out to make sure you get your instructions ahead of time and you will be great. Only other extremely minor flaw is not the fault of property at all - but it is located in a college neighborhood in proximity to several 24h businesses, so there is occasional loud street noise late at night from people partying/leaving bars in the area. It was never any worse than what you might expect in any large city, but if you are a light sleeper I would recommend maybe asking for a unit on one of the higher floors. Not bad enough to be a dealbreaker though.
