Great for shopping and golf are right near by! Plus, it is only one mile to Mount Cranmore. Our neighbor is the 40,000 square foot Kahuna Laguna water park in walking distance. Sleeps 34 comfortably!

Third year on Locust Lane

As the title says, our group has stayed in this house on three different occasions. Plenty of room, very clean, and more bedrooms and bathrooms than most groups would need. Nearby pool came in handy on hot days, and we used the fire pit every night. The owner is accommodating. No real negatives. Its pricey but for large families it is reasonable. Would come back in the future.

Gill Cousin Weekend

AMAZING PROPERTY!! This house has it all. Comfortable, spacious and IDEAL for very large groups. Everybody had their own room and could be totally comfortable. The house offers so many appliances and the location is great. Many shops and places for food within close distance. We were so great to come and utilize the spacious living area. So grateful for this house for our family reunion!

Wedding weekend getaway

We booked this house for our parents and wedding party/friends to stay at for our wedding weekend and we were blown away with how nice the property was. Would definitely love to book here again with our friends!

We had over 20 people for a bachelorette party and this house was PERFECT! So much space for sleeping and hanging at the house. Highly recommend for large groups.

Wow! Fantastic Thanksgiving family reunion!

The house was perfect for our large family reunion. Served different large gathering areas gave plenty of room to spread out and enjoy conversations, games, and movies. The kitchen and HUGE dinning table made for great family meals. The location was perfect…peaceful yet walking distance to the “main drag”. The communication with Ned and Brianna was supper fast and helpful! Highly recommended!!!

Great golf trip place for large group

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group. The amenities and comfort of house was perfect. The large kitchen and access to grill made this perfect place for eat in night for our group. I would highly recommend this for any large group.

Family trip - 32 of us

House was amazing and still felt huge with 32 of us in it. Highly recommend. This is our second year staying up at the Locust lane properties. Ned the owner is a great guy and enjoyed talking with him during out stay.

What a wonderful house! My stay included 34 members of family and friends. This house is spacious. Location was awesome! It was very close to a lot of attractions. House is well equipped with all your needs. Definitely would recommend to others. Ned was very responsive.

Birthday celebration

The property was amazing, location was perfect, close to all our needs from skiing to snowmobiling and shopping. I would highly recommend using this property for larger gatherings. We were able to accommodate 22 adults with plenty of space for more if it was needed. . The open floor plan was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner allowing us all to eat together. Perfect stay

5-star stay for multi-family ski trip!

This home fit the needs of our 6 families incredibly well. Plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep, the kitchens were well-stocked, the home is conveniently located to all that downtown North Conway and the surrounding ski mountains have to offer (we skied at Attitash, Cranmore, and Wildcat), and the owner was incredibly responsive both leading up to and during our stay. We will be back!

This was a wonderful experience. Both Ned & Brianna were attentive and accommodating. The house was well equipped and very clean. We had a family gathering of 24 with plenty of room to roam. Hoping to return next year.

BEST stay ever in North Conway

Our family had the most wonderful time reuniting at 92 Locust Ln in North Conway. It was very clean and beautifully spacious. The kitchen was fantastic. The amenities were perfect. Great location near anything and everything you could need. The host was fantastic. Very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful home in which our large family could celebrate and make lasting memories. It was a fun and peaceful place to be for all of us.

Great house in active area

The house is huge. Plenty of room, 16 bedrooms and 11 bedrooms. Everything is clean. Game room with pool table. We've stayed here twice with five families and we never bumb into each other. The retail district of North Conway is within walking distance and there are plenty of things to do with kids nearby. number of tbings

23 family reunion

This was an amazing experience the host was great and the house was the pinnacle of our vacation for 90th birthday party and reunion. Many large bed rooms this was an experience every one in my family will remember for decades. Thank you !!!

Great Space for a Large Gathering

Ned is the man. Very nice, very welcoming and down to earth. House is well equipped to handle large gatherings. Plenty of space, living rooms and kitchen are perfect spaces for hanging out and having fun. House is very close to town/golf courses. Would definitely return and rent again.

Amazing House, Convenient Location

Friends and I stayed here recently to ski, there were over 25 adults and the house still felt roomy. Living room, kitchen, and the loft areas are spacious and comfortable, bedrooms (which there are plenty of) were as clean as the photos showed them to be. It was a nice drive to Bretton Woods (40 min away) and the local mountain (Cranmore), which you can see from the house, was a handful of minutes away. Overall great house for large groups, perfect location right in North Conway.

This home is as advertised

More than enough space for our group of 29. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Three spacious levels. Kitchen was huge and so was the dining area. Three refrigerator/freezers. Pool table and other game tables. Fire pit, grill and hot tub. Not sure what else to say. Air conditioning. Easy walk to the pool. Plenty to do in the North Conway community. We will come back.
