This home has much of it's original historic charm and character with modern updates for comfort. Relax on the large front porch or on the patio in the back yard. Recently refinished oak floors and updated kitchen with granite countertop and stainles steel appliances. Walking distance to popular bars and restaurants.

Perfect for a family

This home was immaculate! Also, the owners had equipped the home with plenty of paper towels, Kleenex, TP, lots of condiments, spices, dishwasher, laundry & shower soaps! The new HVAC WAS AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL since the temperatures dropped in Jan. They have plenty of blankets too. Something’s that would have been helpful is to say the fireplace is inoperable. Also a write up of how the TV works and what the check out procedure is. The floor plan is best suited for a family or just a couple because the two bedrooms have a door to go through to get to the bathroom. (There is a longer way around without doing that, but they still have an adjoining wall). We loved the proximity to the park and river plus the home is on a very quiet st.
