Southern Grace is the perfect name for this luxurious five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home located in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village in Miramar Beach, Florida. Driving up to the carport with its elegant lighting and beautiful wood ceiling, you know you are somewhere special before you even enter the home. You’ll notice right away the convenient outdoor shower to wash off those sandy feet before entering the kitchen.
Floors the color of driftwood, delicate gray walls, and fresh white décor cause you to breathe a sigh of contentment when you enter through the front door and take in the open floor plan. You have arrived for your perfect Florida beach vacation. A stunning fully-equipped kitchen, ample dining space, and furniture you’ll wish to sink into after a glorious day at the beach, offer the first tantalizing glimpse into this Destin vacation rental home.
Several rooms have king beds and the bunk beds are queen on the bottom and twin on the top reached by a little stairway of their own. There is a washer and dryer on both floors and an extra cozy seating area on the second floor. A few blocks away is the private beach access. The pool just steps away, feels like your own private pool because, with so many of the homes having private pools, this one is rarely used. You’ll never want to leave this lovely home away from home.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Property rules state: No parking in the road, no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We provide an initial setup of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash liners to get your vacation off to a good start. However, if you are staying for a longer trip or anticipate that you will need more than what we provide, we recommend either picking some up in town or packing additional supplies for your trip. Good stay, beach access not what we expected

The house was nice, we wished the living room and dinning room had more seating for the amount of bedrooms there was. The private beach is not worth the walk. There is a private rental company that sets up chairs and umbrellas along the water line. They set them up before their stand even opens so you can’t get a spot with a view of the water. The umbrellas were so close to each other we could barely walk between them to get to the water. There is almost a big set of stairs to get down to the beach instead of a ramp which made hauling infant twins and our beach items very difficult.

Loved the Southern Grace property! Great location, close to the beach and local attractions! The house was bright and clean! The community pool is only two doors down. We had 8 in our party and the house has all the towels linens needed. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook and serve large meals! Southern Grace is a great rental for a large family or multiple families!

Starting, i got there they sent an e-mail saying the check in was 1 pm but I got the e-mail right before 4 .. changing the check-out to 9 instead 10... not good .. the wifi didn't work until the forth day of our staying... had to make more than 3 claims... very stressful... house was not cleaned well... shower was full of hair.. beautiful light fixtures but full of dust and cobb webs.. so sad.. stove stop working... dishwasher was turning on and off.. waking up in the morning and dishwasher didn't finished. Beds doesn't have comforter only thin blankets ... not good for skinny body who feels so cold while sleeping... dryer on 2 floor wasn't drying at all.. I was so tired to have so many issues that I use the one on main floor. Resuming I won't go again. And I don't recommend. I wish they get better on cleaning this beautiful property. Priscilla, because we are not doing any office check-ins right now due to Covid precautions. We do email all door codes by 3 pm, so everyone has them prior to our office closing. All our correspondence states that our check in is at 4pm. We have been very strict about not letting anyone in before 4pm because we want to make sure we have a maximum amount of time between guests and for the disinfectants to work. All the appliances as well as the furnishings in this home were brand new. There were no reports of any problems with the dishwasher or the 2nd floor dryer during your stay. The brand-new stove had a problem with one back burner that was promptly dealt with. Newman-Dailey clearly states in our policies that we do not guarantee internet service as we have no control over the companies that provide it. We are, however, very sorry that it caused you any inconvenience during your stay. We were happy to provide you with a substantial gift certificate to offset your issues and we hope we can earn your business again in the future.
